ABBS Scholarships and Funding
The UG Scholarship categories for the academic year 2024 are as follows:
i) Academic Merit
Criteria: Marks in XIIth grade
Candidates who have secured Above 90% will get INR 10,000-30,000 Scholarship.
ii) SOP and Interview Score
Criteria: Points (out of 10)
- Candidates who have secured 6 points will get INR 10,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 7 points will get INR 20,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 8 points will get INR 30,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 9 points will get INR 40,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 10 points will get INR 50,000 Scholarship.
iii) ABSAT Score
Criteria: Percent Score
- Candidates who have secured 70% and above will get INR 10,000-30,000 Scholarship.
iv) Principal’s Recommendation
Criteria: Points (out of 10)
- Candidates who have secured 6 points will get INR 20,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 7 points will get INR 40,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 8 points will get INR 60,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 9 points will get INR 80,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 10 points will get INR 1,00,000 Scholarship.
v) Ward of Defence Personnel and SC/ST Category
Criteria: Valid Document/ Certificate
- Candidates who are in Uniform level will get INR 30,000 Scholarship.
vi) Sports
Criteria: Valid Certificate
- Candidate who have represented district / zone will get INR 30,000 Scholarship.
- Candidate who have represented state will get INR 50,000 Scholarship.
vii) EWS
Criteria: EWS Document
- Candidate who have Family Income < 5 LPA will get INR 50,000 Scholarship.
- Candidate who have Family Income < 8 LPA will get INR 30,000 Scholarship.
viii) Single Girl Child / Differentially Abled
Criteria: Original Affidavit / Valid Document / Certificate
- Candidates who are in Uniform level will get INR 30,000 Scholarship.
Scholarship Policy:
1. Scholarship shall be awarded on a first come first serve basis. The final decision on awarding scholarship rests with the ABBS Admissions committee.
2. ABBS has limited corpus to be utilised for scholarships, therefore fulfilling the above criteria does not guarantee that student shall be awarded the scholarship.
3. Any one category of scholarship shall be applicable for a given student.
4. Scholarship is subject to fulfilling the basic admission criteria mentioned in Annexure II of ABBS Admission letter.
5. Scholarship is also subject to submission on the documents mentioned in Annexure III of ABBS Admission Letter.
6. Following criteria shall be broadly used as the basis for continuation of scholarship beyond Year.
- The student is required to secure passing CGPA.
- The student is required to register at least 75% attendance.
- The student should not engage in inappropriate conduct
The MBA / PGDM Scholarship categories for the academic year 2024 are as follows:
i) Academic Merit
Criteria: Marks in Bachelor’s degree
- Candidates who have secured 60-74% will get INR 20,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 75-84% will get INR 40,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 85-89% will get INR 60,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 90-95% will get INR 80,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 96% and above will get INR 1,00,000 Scholarship.

Criteria: Percentile Score
- Candidates who have secured 75-79 will get INR 40,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 80-84 will get INR 60,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 85-89 will get INR 80,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 90-94 will get INR 1,00,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 95 and above will get INR 2,00,000 Scholarship.
iv) ABSAT Score

- Candidates who have secured 40 - 50% will get INR 20,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 51 - 60% will get INR 40,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 61 - 70% will get INR 60,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 71 - 80% will get INR 80,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 81% and above will get INR 1,00,000 Scholarship.
v) Director’s Recommendation
Criteria: Points (out of 10)
- Candidates who have secured 6 points will get INR 1,20,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 7 points will get INR 1,40,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 8 points will get INR 1,60,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 9 points will get INR 1,80,000 Scholarship.
- Candidates who have secured 10 points will get INR 2,00,000 Scholarship.
vi) Ward of Defence Personnel and SC/ST Category

- Candidates who are in Uniform level will get INR 50,000 Scholarship.

The ABBS MBA fee varies across the MBA programmes offered at the B-School. ABBS fees is a cumulative of multiple components. These components include tuition fees, hostel fees, security deposits, etc. The total tuition fee payable across two years of ABBS MBA programmes has been presented in the table below:

Yes, for UG courses, ABBS offer multiple scholarships. The institute offers a total of 25 scholarships for UG applicants. In these scholarships, students are given a tuition fee waiver which ranges from 20 percent to 50 percent as per the category. The categories of scholarships are as follows:
- Chairman’s scholarship
- Academic excellence
- Merit-based
- Beti padhao
- Sports Champion
- Cultural star
- EBC
- Alumni scholarship.
Note:
- UG students must maintain a minimum of 80 per cent in all semesters to avail the scholarships, whereas students of sports and EBC categories need to maintain a 60 per cent aggregate in all semesters to avail their respective scholarships.
- Students applying for Sports Scholarship should have represented at a national/ international level sport. The date on the certificate of participation should be within the previous five years from the date of the scholarship application.
- Students applying for Cultural Star Scholarship should have demonstrated excellence and innovation in any aspect of art and culture or showcased their talent at a state/ national event. International level event will be given preference.
Students pursuing a BSc at ABBS are eligible to apply for scholarships under various categories. Each student can apply for only one scholarship. Every scholarship has a unique set of eligibility criteria and scholarship amount. As there is a limited number of allottees for each scholarship, the B-School awards these scholarships on a first come, first served basis.
