AIIMS MCh admission is based on the scores obtained in an entrance exam. Offered as a super-speciality programme with a duration of 3 years, the intake capacity under MCh programme is 3.
Selection criteria: Final admission to DM/ MCh is based on the scores obtained in INICET.

These courses are full-time degree programs of 3–4 years.
There isn't a 2-year B.Sc RIT programme at AIIMS Delhi.
