IP University MCh Admission 2022
IPU does not play any role in admission to the Super Specialty Medical programme, namely Master of Chirurgiae (MCh). Candidates with valid NEET SS scores can directly apply for admission. However, final admission to this course is granted through common counseling held by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India/ Director General of Health Services as per eligibility conditions specified by the Medical Council of India. The duration of MCh programme is five years, if pursued after MBBS, else, it is three years if pursued after MS degree. The list of specialisations is as follows:

Admission to most of the GGSIPU courses is done through entrance tests. However, direct admissions are available through the Management quota. Only some colleges under the GGSIPU accept direct admissions through Management quota.
There is also spot/sliding round admissions available for leftover seats after all CET counselling rounds are over. The colleges fill these seats via walk-in or direct applications.
Candidates can apply on the university's website for the preferred course. Aspirants have to pay INR 2,500 for the GGSIPU form. Candidates need to fill out the personal, contact, academic and other details in the form.
There are multiple components included in the course total fee, such as tuition fee, registration fee, security charges, etc. Some of the components are one-time chargeable such as security deposit and registration fee.
