I am absolutely satisfied with the learning at this college.
Placements: It is good. Known companies like L&T, HDFC Bank, and Axis Bank come to hire students for roles like assistant manager, SCM solution, and marketing experts. The college also helps by providing internships, and faculty members remain in touch until we are placed and satisfied with our work.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. It prioritizes technical teaching and students are surveyed through CCTVs and tracked on activities. The canteen is also okay, and the food quality is average. The campus is spacious and students can free their minds if they are stressed.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and help in learning and projects. They provide guidance in career opportunities and motivate students to be skillful. Moreover, they teach us to become good citizens, value fellow mates, and respect all elders. Faculty members here have taught us useful lessons which definitely help us to grow in life. The course curriculum is good and practical.

College with the legacy of the Chhatrapatis, good infrastructure, and decent placements
Placements: The placement cell is very good. The placement activities start from the third semester itself. Primarily for Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources, many opportunities are provided. The starting package offered is around 2.5-3 Lakhs, and the highest package offered is around 7-8 Lakhs. The top recruitment companies are HDFC, Wisteria, Bajaj, Tata, and various startups as well. Seventy percent of students got internships through the college, and some were placed within the college itself for internships. The roles offered vary for each specialization; for Marketing, sales roles were offered. For Finance students, Financial Analyst roles were provided, and for Business Analytics, Data Analytics and Business Analyst roles were provided.
Infrastructure: The college has a canteen, library, computer lab, language lab, placement cell, seminar hall, and auditorium, and even has its own stationery shop. Free Wi-Fi is provided for students for educational purposes. The classrooms are spacious and can hold up to 100 students, equipped with smart boards and a proper ventilation system. The college doesn't provide hostel facilities, though a majority of students come from outside Pune.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant, with industry-specific subject matter included in the academia, such as the summer internship project. The college also arranges industrial visits and field trips to various companies for practical experience and knowledge. Additionally, there are various clubs, committees, and activities. There are a total of four semester exams, with an intermediate level of difficulty. Apart from crucial subjects like Financial Management and Decision Science, the passing rate for other subjects is 99%. Academically, there are two types of evaluation: internal evaluation and external evaluation. For external evaluation, the Pune University examination is conducted, and for internal evaluation, assignments are given to students.
Other: I am a BBA graduate, which is why I opted for an MBA. I would like to add more technical subjects, like AI and Analytics, to the syllabus. There is one major event in our course during February called Flames, which includes both cultural and educational programs, with various themed days celebrated like Bollywood Day and Business Executive Day.

My honest review of my college.
Placements: As for placements are concerned, the campus conducted placement drives. Many companies are invited to the selection and hiring process. Like in my final year, more than 20 companies visited my campus and hired more than half of my class. Companies like Henkel Adhesive and Garware Wall Ropes Ltd. visited the college for the hiring process.
Infrastructure: I opted for the hostel as the place is good and safe. Rooms are spacious as well as maintained. In the hostel, we used to interact a lot with our seniors as well as with students of other departments.
Faculty: The MBA is for 2 years, and each year I studied different managerial-related subjects like management and leadership, accounting, finance management, as well as organizational management. Apart from this, during our final year, we also have to submit a dissertation which is based on a research topic. I am happy that all of them are very good and have guided me throughout the academic year. Along with this, they are also in contact and still help us with any issues. Furthermore, almost all of them are helpful and intellectual. The course curriculum is a bit outdated, but professors bring a lot of new topics for discussion. Pedagogy is also a bit outdated, considering the fact that lots of other MBA institutes have an innovative style of teaching. Some courses are offered on specific campuses, which creates a lot of inconvenience for students to travel to different campuses.

It is a good college with nice crowd, supportive faculty members and perfect director.
Placements: Placements in the college were good but mostly for the students of finance and marketing branches. As I am pursuing MBA IT here, there are not many placement opportunities for our branch. The students from finance and marketing branches are heavily selected and placed in good companies while for IT branch, there are limited companies and opportunities. But our college is giving its best for each and every student of all the specialisations.
Infrastructure: The college is the best with great infrastructure. Labs, especially for IT are provided with internet facilities and similarly, in the library, we can get any books that we want. Medical facilities are also provided in our college, and academic facilities also make the college more perfect. We have lots of sports opportunities here which makes us feel energised and refreshed.
Faculty: Faculty members are the most important and fabulous part of our college. They will help us in each and every circumstance, motivate us for doing things outside our reach and help us in succeeding in our attempts. Their friendliness with every student makes them the best faculty.

AISSMS is the perfect choice for BBA/MBA.
Placements: Placements are good overall. I see many seniors talking about their placements as they have been placed in good companies. Some of the top peers from the last batch have been placed in MNCs, which is a lot according to me. A good amount of money is provided, and out of 50 students, 36 have been placed in their internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure building is very good, with very good classes, and the seminar hall is good. The hostel is a bit expensive. As the president of Pune, it is not an issue for me to live for those who are going to come from outside. Please research well when coming as the hostel is too good but a little expensive, Rs. 43,000 per year.
Faculty: The best thing is teachers because they are very good. Their experience, the way they teach, and their friendliness. Everything is too good to be true. The easy explanations they provide is easy to understand. The BM (Business Math) faculty is not that good, so they change her for us instantly after our feedback.
Other: I choose this course because I have always dreamed of being the best version of myself, because I want to develop my winning qualities.
