Alliance College of Engineering and Design BTech Eligibility and Highlights 2025
Alliance College of Engineering and Design offers a regular Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programme of four-year duration. This full-time programme is offered in eight specialisations of Engineering. The curriculum of the programme is divided into eight semesters. An elective subject is offered under the Energy Systems Engineering specialisation only if a minimum number of students enroll in it. The college also offers a three-year BTech Lateral Entry programme in similar specialisations.
Candidates can apply to BTech in the online mode. Admission to this programme is entrance exam-based along with other parameters like Past Academic Performance, Group Discussion, Essay Writing, and Personal Interview.

Admission to the BTech programme at Alliance College of Engineering and Design is primarily entranced exam-based. The college follows a comprehensive selection process for BTech, designed for holistic evaluation of the candidate based on various parameters. Candidates need to fulfil the following eligibility for secure admission to the desired BTech specialisation:

Eligibility for BTech: Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category candidates) in Physics and Mathematics (compulsory subjects) along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ any Technical Vocational subject

Eligibility for BTech Lateral Entry: Diploma in any branch of Engineering & Technology with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category candidates) OR BSc with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) from a recognised University as defined by UGC and Class examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject
