Review of Alva’s College, Moodbidire.
Placements: There are no placements for our stream, but students of other courses are provided with placement training. Every year, many students get placed in good companies like Infosys etc. Our college has tie-ups with many great companies and universities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The college has labs for journalism, psychology, English etc. There is also a spacious computer lab for BCA. A library and a canteen are available.
Faculty: Our college is the best among all colleges of Mangalore University. Last year, B.A. students got 1-4 ranks in Mangalore University. Our college offers many certification courses. The college has official tie-ups with Cambridge University for the English course.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: For B.A. they don't have placements. But for other streams they have placement in famous organizations like Emirates, Qatar Airways, TCS, Byju's etc. Very high number of students have been placed in famous organizations. The college is very good for placements.
Infrastructure: The college is built in a vast space. The campus of the college is very big. The library is very attractive and has many books from various fields. Journalism Lab, Psychology Lab, and many other labs are very cool.
Faculty: The faculty members are very polite, friendly and helpful to students, and they are well-qualified. They teach every particular subject in detail, line by line that students won't face any difficulty in subjects. Semester exams are a little tough but the dedication of facilities make student score good marks.
Other: My course is B.A. in Journalism and I like this subject because it is very interesting. Even Psychology is also a very good subject. The college events and fest are awesome. All the departments conduct various workshops which are very useful for the students. Government scholarship details are provided by the college.

This college is good only for education, but not for other things.
Placements: Around 25 to 30% of the students got placed. The college provides placements but not for all fields. The college conducts a placement mela which was useful for few students. Placements were guaranteed but not assured. Hence most of the students opt for higher education.
Infrastructure: The teaching at ALVAS is very good, but the other extra facilities like Wi-Fi and other technological things were lacking a lot. The library was very good with a lot of books but not up to the mark. The infrastructure is huge just from outside but had no much standard as shown on the internet.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and had great knowledge about the subject. The course curriculum was relevant to the subject chosen. The system of education in our college was under Mangalore University curriculum, and our college followed the same and also it was appropriate to the syllabus.
Other: I chose this course because I had a major interest in the psychology field and also I want to do higher studies. I am pursuing the same at Jain University. Events and other activities conducted here were amazing.

Best education foundation.
Placements: Cool very good and very friendly and greasy experience almost all the companies come here for placements being a top reputed college in Karnataka almost 50% of students gets placed here 4 Lacs may be the highest placement here the lowest is about 20k as per the officers.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, very good labs and well informed faculty very rare interest in sports and games as well. All the resources available for all-round development of a student in all the fields And it is a top reputed college for p. u as well as degree. And it is in a less crowded good area.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and very well qualified. Teaching quality is outstanding, here chalk and board method is used for teaching and it can reach the students easily and students get all the facilities with a very high package of fees structure. And student gets knowledge of all the activities in world.
Other: Culturally superb.
