Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham To Conduct a MBA Entrance Test
September 7, 2022: For admission to the MBA programmes provided at the Amrita School of Business in Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, and Kochi, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will administer the Amrita MBA Entrance Test at the national level. AMET will be administered in computer-based test (CBT) mode in more than 40 cities across the nation.
Any qualified applicant who wishes to enrol in the Amrita MBA programme may do so through AMET and even qualify for 100% scholarships. AMET will be held in the first week of March 2023 (probable).

- Marks : 3 marks for correct answer & -1 mark for wrong answer.

- Verbal Reasoning & Language Comprehension [25 questions]
- Data Interpretation & Analysis [25 questions]

Amrita Business School consistently delivers 100% placement over the years, and in 2022 will do so for students earning the highest CTC of 19.17 LPA.

Placements: The information given by our college is that more than 96% of students got placed. The maximum salary package offered recently is 23 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA to 7 LPA. Top employers are Wipro, Infosys, Google, and Tata Services. I'm very satisfied with it's placement.
Placements: The placement department is very efficient. The average package offered by the companies is nearly Rs 7,00,000/- per annum. The highest package offered by the companies is nearly Rs 20,00,000/- per annum. The college provides internships to the students.
Placements: In recent years, the placement rate is around 95%. The average package offered by the companies is around Rs 7,00,000/- per year. The highest package offered by the companies is around Rs 20,00,000/- per year. Companies like Accenture, Amazon, Deloitte, EY, etc. Coming for the campus placement.
Placements: Since there are 122 companies recruiting students from ASB Coimbatore, the placement opportunities are high enough to nearly 80% of placements. The highest pay is 10-12 LPA by Amazon company and the lowest of 4 LPA and average of 6.5 LPA. Amazon, Wipro, Cognizant, Tata, Godrej, and Philips are the top recruiters of our course. Top roles offered are marketing manager, human resource manager and other roles from operations, finance.
Placements: Our college offers a good number of placements every year. Around 100 companies visit here for recruitment, and they start visiting in September. The placement process is conducted by Placecom, which is a student body and is headed by corporate industry and placement department of the university. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. All students got internships during the lockdown due to COVID-19 through the alumni network and their personal contacts.
Placements: About 80% of our seniors from our course got placed. Other 20% of the students would also have been got placed if there was no lockdown. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA by Amazon, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Zoho, EY and Federal Bank visit our college for placements.

The B-school may not release the cutoff mark in public domain. However, as per data curate from various sources, Amrita MBA CAT cutoff is 40 for overall category. In addition, it is 25 for the Quants, VA-RC, and DI-LT sections. Candidates who meet the cutoff score become eligible for admission.
