- The college has released the placement report for the year 2023. As per Amrut Mody School of Management Placement report 2023, majority of undergraduate students were placed in FMCG, Ecommerce and Retail sector (23%) and graduate students were placed in Banking and Finance (41%) sectors. The college offers BBA, MBA, MA and many other programme at the undergraduate and graduate level. Many top recruiters visited the campus during the placement drive 2023 such as Adani Group, EY India, MRF, ITC among others.
- Admission is open to the BBA course for the academic year 2023. Interested candidates can apply online through the official college website.
Amrut Mody School of Management BBA admission 2022 is co-ordinated by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Ahmedabad University. At the UG level, AMSOM offers full-time BBA (Hons) under nine specialisations. The duration of BBA (Hons) is three years.

Really good faculty members and infrastructure. Average placements and a very engaging college life.
Placements: The placements at the University are fairly good. Talking about my course, I am majoring in family business and entrepreneurship so I'm not much into placements. Although I feel the learning outcomes are fair enough to give you a decent job and allows you to earn.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of Ahmedabad University is very modern and elegant. Maybe it would have the best infrastructure in Gujarat, maybe in India . It has a very good environment which makes you feel very motivated for studying. There are mainly 5 buildings in the university.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty members are very educated. If you see their educational qualifications on their official website, you'll see majorly the teacher are either graduated from top colleges like IITs or IIMs or have studied in some famous universities abroad.

Placements: There are bunch of courses offered in Integrated Masters of business administration. Such as, management, accounting, culture and social understanding, economics and many more. Mostly everyone in the course got the internship opportunity in different roles. Which includes shatayu, yuva unstoppable, elixir foundation, mcd trade area survey, akshay patra foundation, Invincible Ngo, Asha Foundation, Jivdhaya and others. Top companies like Silver touch technologies, Reliance money, radio mirchi, MRF tyres, Amazon, Evosoys and many more has recruited students from Ahmedabad University.
Infrastructure: When I applied in Ahmedabad University, its infrastructure was a part of key element for my decision to take admission here. The campus has multi disciplinary accommodation for all kinds of requirement, different canteen in every campus, sets of books provided in library, wi-fi availability, sanitation facilities provided in washrooms, and other medical facilities too. Here, career development facilities are also available - they will help you with choosing your career path.
Faculty: In Ahmedabad university faculty members work mainly in two branches, one is teaching and another is research. University has required access to research resources so it makes teaching more profound. Research also helps faculty members to discuss practical approaches to different situations which can be helpful to students in industries. The teachers I have came across in my courses have pool of knowledge which helped me to grow my confidence for same. Teaching approaches like class participation and enable activities give clear understanding of the concepts.
Other: I was always interested in business studies, that's why I chose Imba as my career option. My passion lead me here. I would say there are lot of blissful moments I reflect upon and personally I consider my school and college time to be my most treasured experience. My time in college for almost two years now has been boundless. lot of new opportunities, choices, education courses has shaped me as a person who I always wanted to be. Indian Short Stories and Gender Sensitization classes were among my favorite ones, as I had the desire to learn many fascinating things about different beliefs and religions, the knowledge I didn't have earlier. I also enjoyed learning about marketing strategies in marketing management subject. Through independent study period of network and behaviour I learned gephi software and node xl software, basics of network which is helpful for my future. In summer time I did an internship in Elixir foundation which gave me a lot of understanding about different countries. I also got selected as a volunteer through college - U & I in which I am currently working for. Going there and teaching the kids is best part of my day apart from college. I can say I have had amazing exposure to life. Other than that extra-curricular activities happening inside college itself are very exciting. I like to attend the fitness club sessions and management club activities. The team of the clubs always comes up with new ideas which makes the activities more fun to attend. I believe to get better at every facet of my life.

A college with good placements and infrastructure.
Placements: Placements at Ahmedabad University are good enough. Mostly placements here are offered by a different department, known as the career development centre (CDC). CDC understands students and provides them placements according to their requirements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Ahmedabad University is decent. Free Wi-Fi facility is provided to students, and lab facilities are available for 12 hours. There are many sports events organised in the college. Classrooms are well-designed for the seating of 80-85 students.
Faculty: The faculty members here are very friendly and helpful. They always keep on helping us in everything for our holistic development. The course curriculum is well-spread, like being a management student, I can opt a subject related to engineering or computer science department.

Experience is crazy. The money is high, but the party is on.
Placements: Like for 2024, which I know there are companies like Wipro, Tata Consultancy, and many of them are paying mostly 2 LPA for MBA. Most of them are low payment. I think that the fee of my university and also good you will get a placement at a low salary.
Infrastructure: I like the way my force is designed, and I also like the infrastructure of my university and hostels. But the thing is that hostel food is not so good and being a non-hostel I face a lot of difficulties in that. I consider myself using a PG rather than a hostel to be honest.
Faculty: My university has absolutely best professors from Gujarat and all over India. They are so experienced. They are so well-known personalities. They have a lot of experience. I like this at my university. They play strictly, but they are like a friend to me to be honest if I say.
Other: Campus, events, and campus life are so fun. But there will be issues in getting admission because they are very strict with their admission policies.

Our college has a very good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Many good companies visit our college for campus interviews. Salary packages offered are good, and the average salary package offered ranges from 10 LPA-12 LPA. About 80% of the students get good internships and jobs according to their grades and personal skills. Students get a chance to work and explore in different projects.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Ahmedabad University is really very good, and it is one of the best campuses in Gujarat. All the buildings have 24x7 Wi-Fi facility and air-conditioners. There are labs and workshops with the latest technology instruments. The hostel has very spacious and clean rooms, and the food served in the mess is very hygienic.
Faculty: Faculty members here are well educated, and most of them are passed out from IIM and from one of the best universities of India. They have both theoretical and practical knowledge. The course curriculum is very relevant. Faculty members and course curriculum make students industry-ready.

The mix of courses available along with the infrastructure is a good option to choose.
Placements: 1) 82 students were selected after 162 students filled the forms.
2) The lowest salary offered is 1,80,000. The highest- 6,40,000.
3) Nestle, HDFC are the top recruiters.
4) Nestle recruited for sales profile.
49 students out of 82 took internships.
Infrastructure: 1) various study rooms, library for each programme and central library , various computer labs, sports rooms, student activity rooms are available.
2) Food quality is average and below average sometimes and Ahmedabad university is not able to set a proper canteen till now. For sports the students get to engage with students from different programme around the year.
Faculty: 1) Few faculty members are helpful while others are biased against the students here and are not available most of the time. All the faculty members require Ph.D. compulsory to be a faculty at Ahmedabad University now which is a good thing.
2) The courses are a mix of many streams and here at Ahmedabad University, students can take courses from different programmes also to look for their choices of courses.
Other: 1) It fits my agenda as I planned to join my family business in the coming future and that's the reason I opted this course.
