It's a popular college in North Bengal, students come also from South Bengal.

Placements: Minimum of 65 percent students placed. Companies like Infosys and tcs recruited the students. The average salary offered was 25 thousand. The percentage of 60 got internship got internship in tcs. The top roles offered in my course was the job in ibm. Top recruiting companies are tcs, Infosys, ibm.

Infrastructure: Services and Facilities, The library has a key role in supporting the academic activities of the institution by establishing, maintaining and promoting the following library and information services, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Borrowing facility. Each Student: 2 Books for Hons. 1 for Pass student (for 15 Days) Faculty Members : 25 ( one academic year). 10 books for competitive examination such as SSC, UPSC, NET / SET are also issued on the identity cards. Current Journals are displayed on racks and the back issues are issued for seven days. Journals. Current issues of journals and periodicals are made available to the student and faculty members in the Reading Room. Back issues of journals and periodicals are issued on request for home lending for a week. Open Access. Open Access is given to all the Teaching and non teaching staffs of the college. We are planning to introduce open access to the students in coming years. Study Room: Study room Facility is available to students and faculty members, during the library hours I. e. 6.30 am to 4.00 pm.

Other: I choose this course because since childhood I was interested in Science, and I wanted to be a computer expert. I want some better infrastructure for my college and some better placements.

There were good placements in 2012. Good faculty are available in the college.

Placements: The college provides placements. The students with 70% aggregate will get a chance for placements. The teachers are good and well-educated. They help the students a lot. Overall, the college is good at providing placements.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are available in the college. Labs are well-equipped. Classrooms are large and clean. Students can get any book from the library. The college arranges a cricket tournament. It is simply a well-developed college. Hostel rooms are not much good. Quality of food provided in the hostel is average.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Simple and useful teaching methods are applied by the teachers. Many students study in the college. The projector is used to teach in the classroom that helps the students a lot.

Other: Many events are conducted in the college. The campus crowd is high. Extracurricular activities are available.
