Review of Arya College, Ludhiana.
Placements: There were on-campus placements. Almost 3 to 4 students from our batch were placed at Infosys and Wipro. Top roles offered were trainee and operations executives. The average salary package offered was 1.5 LPA to 2.5 LPA, and not all students got placed. One had to get his/her own placement.
Infrastructure: Overall infrastructure was good, with well-maintained labs and libraries. There were separate department libraries. Wi-Fi was available throughout the college. Hostels were not available. For a better explanation, almost every class had a projector. There were air-conditioned labs.
Faculty: Our teachers were supportive. The curriculum was not kept up-to-date as much as it should have been, and mid-semester exams were only given once per semester. It did not make students industry-ready as there was no facility provided by the college for industrial exposure. Almost 75% of attendance was mandatory.
Other: Our college had value for money as it comes under Punjab University and it was affordable compared to other colleges. A lot of events were organised. The crowd and campus life were good. Scholarships were provided.

It is the best and most reputed college in Ludhiana under PU. Faculty members are very cooperative.
Placements: About 70% of the students got placed in this course. Infosys, HCL and Wipro are some of the top recruiting companies for this course. Operations executive, software engineer, developer, etc., are some roles offered in this course. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA, the average salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Bharti IT department for this course offers many services like free Wi-Fi, excellent labs and sanitized and air-conditioned rooms. Classrooms are average, and I am not satisfied with classrooms and benches quality. The quality and items offered in the canteen are not that good, and fewer medical services are offered. However, sports and games facilities are very good. Overall, it is quite a better college in facilities offered.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful, well-qualified and knowledgeable. All the teachers help very well and are available to all. The teaching quality is the best. This course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready in a very good way. The difficulty level in the semester exams is quite good, and 80-90% of the students pass the exams with a good percentage.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am quite interested in the computer science field, and in the future, there is much scope in this field. It opens a wide variety of job roles in the IT industry. Some best things about this course are programming, and students who like coding and want to develop their career in the IT industry very well can choose this course. Some improvements which have to be better for this course is about there should be some improvements in office works.

It is a good college for study and placement.
Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placements. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 6.5 LPA. Top companies like Infosys and Wipro visit the campus. Almost 70% of the students got internships. We are also trained for the interview. There is a placement cell in the college.
Infrastructure: It has separate classrooms and perfectly well-equipped computer labs. It also has Wi-Fi available. The air conditioners are installed, and there are ovens for hot food in class and lab. The canteen was excellent. Medical facilities are good. Sports & games are available.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are very good. The staff and the teachers are supportive. Their teaching is excellent. The course is almost full of knowledge about the computer. We can know a lot about it. The semester exams are quite good and are from the syllabus.
Other: I chose this for future demand in computers. You could have multiple jobs and can work as a free lancer. Events are held on a regular basis. It is your choice to join, there is a good crowd, very excellent connectivity, the campus has banks, food court, petrol pump, railway station 3km away and same bus. Students can join any sports and they wish to for enjoyment, and there is no ragging. It has a special cell for each course. Scholarships are also available.

It is a good college with some good and some average facilities.
Placements: Only 5% of the student were selected for the main placement. Almost 50% of the student applied for the same. The top companies were Infosys and Wipro. The highest and lowest salary packages were not disclosed. Roles offered were of a trainee, executive, etc. But teachers were very helpful at the time of placement.
Infrastructure: Our college doesn't provide a hostel facility as most students are from local places so they don't provide hostel facilities. Overall, the infrastructure is above average, and the computer department is good. The library is also decent.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they guide you in all the concerned matters. They are very well qualified. The course curriculum is very relevant. It is provided by Punjab University that is under UGC. The pass percentage is 40%. Semester exams are fine, and you have to study.

The college is just amazing in all aspects.
Placements: About 50% of students got placed with the highest salary of Rs. 50,000 per month and the average salary of Rs. 20,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month by companies like Google, etc. About 40% of the students got internships from bachelor degrees. Roles offered in B.Com are banking, accounting, billing, cashier, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is excellent. This college has good facilities like Wi-Fi, air-conditioned rooms, etc. Labs are good. Classrooms are hygienic and have proper space and good ventilation for students. A good canteen, medical facilities, a special gym, sports ground and many more facilities are available.
Faculty: The future of students totally depends on well-qualified teachers. I am happy to be in this college. The teachers here are very well educated, experienced and polite. They are well-behaved, well-mannered and knowledgeable. B.Com course is very helpful in the industry line. It is a good platform for freshers as well as experienced ones.

Faculty members are very cooperative. I recommend others to join this college.
Placements: The college doesn't organise any campus placements. However, from the last two years, Arya College is organising campus placements for tutorials work. Our college also informs us about the placement drives conducted by any college in nearby areas.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The college has two campuses, one is the main campus for both girls and boys, and also the college has a separate girls' section. The main campus is spread over 10 acres. The IT department is very good, and the infrastructure of the IT department is very good.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very good. The college offers many undergraduate courses like B.A, BBA, B.Com, BCA and B.Sc., and various postgraduate courses like M.Com, M.Sc. (IT), and M.A. The college provides various Diploma courses like PGDCA, PGDMM etc. The college also provides various add-on courses for its students.
Other: The college is good. IT and commerce departments are very good. Various district and state-level events are organised by the college from time to time. Various scholarships are provided to the students who excel in sports or academics.
