Best college for the B.Com.

Placements: The college will provide 75% placement in the course of B.Com. The highest package is about 100000 and the lowest is near about 10,000 or may be more. The top recruiting companies is SBI life insurance, HDFC life insurance, pukhraj, ICICI Bank etc. The 60% internship is there. The top role in B.Com course is main in banking sector.

Infrastructure: The main branch of GNDU in Amritsar will provide the hostel facility to the students with the proper food with its quality and hygiene. The GNDU Jalandhar will provide proper seminar halls and the computer labs with the internet facility. The college also provide the library to the students our college don't provide canteen for the students and it has minimum sports facility in it.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful they will help the students in their exams queries and they are the highest educated having more than sufficient knowledge. And the B.Com course is totally relevant. The semester exams are quiet easier. If the students studied hard they can score more in the exams.

Other: There is alot of crowd in the campus in corridors also. Our college were celebrates all the festivals in college very happily. I wish we could visit new places regarding our subject.

Facility and placements are very good.

Placements: In the last semester of every course, many companies offer jobs to the students in which many students were selected with high salary package. Our college only 80 above percentage of student got internship in various company. The lowest package offered in our course is about 25000 pm in HDFC bank.

Infrastructure: The facility and infrastructure of our college is very well as compare to other college. All classroom are neat and clean. Our library is very quite. The quality of food is very nice and tasty. In our college only volleyball is played, no other game are played.

Faculty: Yes, all the teacher are very helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable. The teacher quality of our college is very well. Teachers help us to improve knowledge and also help us in every situation. Our college exam are not very difficult. All students are pass easily.

Other: I chose this course because BCA provides the student with theoretical knowledge and practical experience that helps them to go for various job possibilities in the sphere of computer application from handling project to complex programming.

Little bit dissatisfied with infrastructure, college events, crowd and activities.

Placements: Around 2-3 students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was INR 3.6 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good. Computer laboratory is available. The library is not well maintained. There is no proper lighting and ventilation in our classrooms. Washrooms are average. There is no option where students can invest their time in other activities.

Faculty: Teachers were really helpful. They are very knowledgeable. They provide life examples in studies. Staff is punctual. This course is too good as it prepares students to appear in Bank, SSC etc. exams. Semester exams in college are not very difficult. Academics are good in this college. All teachers are excellent and well-mannered. The fee structure is not high in all courses.

Other: I chose B.Com because I want to serve in banking sector. Best thing is that it prepares for banking exams as they provide much knowledge. There should be events, fates in college which are the things to be improved. Our college should improve its washrooms.

Review of Guru Nanak Dev University.

Placements: Around 65% of students got placed in our course. IT consultant and application development were the roles offered. Top recruiting companies were Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, etc. The average salary package offered was 7 LPA to 8 LPA, the highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good with basic facilities. Wi-Fi, libraries, and other facilities were available. Canteen, hostel, and medical facilities were good. Classrooms and laboratories were commendable in our college. Sports and games were organised well.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were good, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our course was IT which was related to the IT industry. Semester exams were difficult to pass. The pass percentage is 35%. The course curriculum makes students ready to join companies.

Teachers are supportive and provide 100% of placements in top companies.

Placements: Around 100% of students were placed. The minimum salary offered was Rs 20,000 per month, and the maximum was according to the experience and knowledge of students. Google, Mahindra, Wipro, Amazon, Flipkart, etc., are the top recruiting companies. Almost all students got placed in this college. Google and freelancing coding were there with top MNCs. The roles offered were coding, web development, and excel.

Infrastructure: In this college, every classroom was Wi-Fi connected. There were 6 computer laboratories. The classrooms were very clean. It provides air-conditioners, fans, and lights. The mess and canteen were very hygienic. Medical facilities were very effective, and they provide immediate medical help to students.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They help students to complete their course before the semester-end so that students can do a lot of practice before exams. They were very helpful with practicals, and exams were difficult. Our teachers always make exams easy for students. The pass percentage was 45%.

Other: It was an affordable college. I opted for this course, because I like coding. Through this course, students learn many things, and it makes coding more easy and simple. Youth fests, sports games, etc., were conducted in this college.

The college is good but needs some improvements.

Placements: Companies don't come to college, but we can get information about recruiting companies. The average package we can expect after BCA is above 3 Lacs per annum. Roles offered can be software developer, software engineer etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities are provided by the college for poor students. We get a PC for our practical work. All systems are modified with the latest systems. There are events and sports fests too. We can order food in canteen or outside locality or even go out for eating.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in our college. The pass percentage is 35%, and exams are set according to the syllabus. If a student is willing to learn programming, then this course can be suitable for commerce background too.

Other: There is also a canteen and parking space for students. A library is also provided for students. The crowd is good. But the college needs to be improved.

It is a very good college for a student who want to learn something.

Placements: It is a very good college in Punjab for higher studies. Around 80% of students are placed in this BCA course. This college provides excellent packages. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, etc. Students get internships in TCS or Wipro company easily. It also provides C, C+, Python, Java, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very beautiful. It has facilities like Wi-Fi, laboratories, classrooms, and library. They are well managed. Quality of food in the canteen is genuine and affordable. Medical facilities are also fine. Sports and games are good.

Faculty: Teachers of this college are well qualified, kind, and helpful. Their teaching quality is very helpful. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are easy to solve. The pass percentage is 90 to 95%.

Other: I opted for this BCA course, because of my personal decision and it is great. They provide everything which a student need. I wish there is more practically work in our course. Events are held in limited amount.

Overall, it is value for money.

Placements: About 40% of the students from our course got placed. The salary offered ranges between Rs. 20,000-50,000 per month in our course. Students who score 80% or above in academics got an internship at the college. Roles like web designing, android developers and web development are offered to the students. Languages like C, C+, Python and Java are offered in the college.

Infrastructure: Our university has all the basic facilities and some advanced facilities also. Our university has 3 computer labs, and the library is also available. The quality of food served is average, which is the only bad thing in the university. We have volleyball, cricket, basketball and table tennis tournaments as well state-level competitions. In 2020, we beat Lovely University in the volleyball game.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified. They also have experience in the teaching line. All teachers are highly qualified. They make students industry-ready but not completely. They provide basic knowledge about the web development industry. The way they explain any topic is understandable. Semester exams are quite difficult. The pass percentage is 33% or above.

Other: I have chosen this course because I want to become a coder. I love coding. Our college should teach us more practically rather than theoretical. Almost all festivals are celebrated here. Our college organises an annual fest.
