At the undergraduate level, GJIMT offers BCA, BBA,  and BCom courses to students. At the PG level, the college offers MBA and MCA courses to students. MBA is provided in various specialisations such as Marketing, Human Resources Management (HRM), Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations Management, and Business Analytics. 

Apart from this, GJIMT also offers BBA, BCom and BCA through 2+2 pathway programmes. The duration of these courses is four years. In these courses, the first two year are taught with foundational subjects at the college, whereas the remaining two years are transferred to Yorkville University, Canada.
