A review of Avanthi's St.Theressa Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: This college provides three BPO companies for us. There are rounds of personal interview and group discussion which are followed by HR interview. The placements provided by them are good and the packages offered are around Rs. 10,000 per month to Rs. 14,000 per month. The provide the placements is BPOs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good. At my time it had three buildings. The laboratories are also available. There isn't much infrastructure available for the mechanical department. The rest of the departments were good at my time. The principal strictly follows the college's in-time and out-time. The infrastructure is good overall.
Faculty: The faculty are good. They are just good. They might be seniors to us by just 3 or 4 years. They are friendly in nature. They are always supporting us. The mock exams were conducted for the internals. CRT programmes were also conducted for the final-year students and a fee amount will be charged for the same.

Our college focuses on enjoying life while studying to secure jobs than promoting entrepreneurship.
Placements: In our college, almost 60% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, etc., visit our campus. More than 60% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. Labs and classrooms are not good.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good. Some teachers struggle to explain topics clearly in English, which affects students' enjoyment of the class. Semester exams are not easy.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as options or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, or any other examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, with the mentioned marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) or equivalent along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from the academic year 2000 onwards. Candidates who have appeared for the final year of 10+2 and who are awaiting for their results are also eligible to apply on provisonal basis.

Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering or any other examination recognized as equivalent there to, from a recognized Institute/ University, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana are also eligible.

Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
Candidate should have completed 16 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2024).
