It has affordable courses with excellent faculty, infrastructure, and placements.
Placements: Around 30-40% of students got placed. The highest package is approximately 4 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.8 LPA. The average package ranges from 2.5-3 LPA. Internships are offered to a few students, mostly in small firms. Roles offered are lab assistants, trainees, and junior analysts.
Infrastructure: The college has basic facilities like Wi-Fi, classrooms, and labs. The library is average. A hostel is not provided here. There is no mess or medical facility. Sports and games facilities are limited and not very well-maintained. The college does not provide hostels.
Faculty: Many teachers are helpful. They have good knowledge of the subject. The teaching quality is above average. The syllabus is fairly relevant but not fully industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty. The pass percentage is around 70-80%.
Other: I chose Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering due to my interest in electronics and communication systems. The course has a balanced mix of theory and practicals. Campus events are decent. The crowd is mixed, and connectivity is good. No scholarships are offered here. Campus surroundings are peaceful.

The college shines in facilities but stumbles in academics and jobs.
Placements:
60% to 65% of students get placed each year, and the highest package offered is 3,24,000 LPA. I am not aware of the lowest package offered, but the average package is somewhere around 1,80,000 LPA. Companies like Wipro and Tech Mahindra recruit from here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good, especially the electronics labs, but the programming labs are not that appealing. Classrooms look like they have never been renovated since they were built. You can find all the books you need for this course in our library. The infrastructure of the girls' hostel is much better than the college building itself. The quality of the canteen food is good, and you'll feel like you're eating homemade food. You enjoy sports events, especially the cricket league, very often here.
Faculty: Teachers teaching electronics subjects are somewhat good, but it's better not to talk about coding teachers. I suggest you take coding courses outside of the campus. You get help from teachers in preparation for the mid-term exam but don't expect the same for the end-term exam. In our department, there are seminars and national workshops from time to time.
Other: To be frank, this course is not that popular. Students don't show much interest in getting admission to the course, and usually, the teachers somehow manage to convince students to get admitted there. The same happened to me. It would be better if they hired better coding teachers. In our department, events are one of a kind. I can say it's the best among all departments, but the problem is they don't happen often. You can apply for scholarships that the state government is running. You have to be careful inside the campus because you might witness a physical fight.

The course, faculty members, and placements are just good.
Placements: About 50 to 60% of students are placed in good company. The highest package offered is 5 LPA. The lowest salary is 2 LPA. Top companies are like TCS, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, etc. About 60% of students got internships. Top roles are offered and the course is good.
Infrastructure: ETC branch has basically two labs, one is electronics lab and another is computer lab. In electronics lab there are several kinds of electronic instruments available according to the semester wise. Rooms are very good and clean with air conditioning. Also, the computer lab is very good. Hostel is also good. Sports facilities are also provided by college authority.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful nature and knowledgeable. Our honorable HOD is very cool person. The curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate level, not so difficult. About 90% of students passed every semester. Teachers are very friendly in nature.
Other: I like electronics so I chose this course. This course increases our computer knowledge like many languages and other things. The best thing is the academics. Government also provides scholarships to the students. Freshers and farewell parties are also provided.

A short overview of BJB college.
Placements: I am new to this college, so I don't know much about it, but our seniors are telling us that the placement are comes but not in such an amount. The minimum package is 2.5–3 LPA. Yes, the college provides internships in small industries. I chose the course because it is integrated, which will help me in the current year for the government exam.
Infrastructure: My course is self-financed, so it doesn't provide hostel facilities. For the general course, students at the college provide the hostel facilities. Yes, the hostel has its own canteen, medical facilities, and sports and games corridors. For 2–4 students, a single room is allocated.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are well trained and qualified. All teachers are friendly in nature; they are all students who talk about their doubts and solve them. The teaching is excellent; all teachers guide students about the exam. The semester papers are moderate level and if you score 6 sgpa, then you will be promoted.

Infrastructure: The campus is huge. It is a sports ground, science lab, library, computer lab, etc. Students can play games like football, cricket, and volleyball in our college.
Faculty: Our department teachers teach us well. They conduct regular classes for subjects like maths, BE, BEE, AC, DE, physics, etc.
Other: Our college conducts all types of programs and competitions. Every year, our college organises sports. Our college celebrates all festivals like Ganesh Puja, Saraswati Puja, Makar Sankranti, etc. It is the top college in Odisha.

College is very good for graduation purpose
And in self financing I prefer insc etc.
Placements: NAAC grade A autonomous college. Avg placement then Wipro, TCS, teach Mahindra, cogni zant, delo itte companies come for campus place meant. An avg. Salary of minimum 20,000 to 50,000 with completing 5th year PG programme. Approximately 75-85 percent student get placed.
Infrastructure: No.1 autonomous college in Odisha. Different campus for degree and higher secondary. Also different building for arts commerce and Science. Highly reputed college in Odisha. 2 hostels are running and four hostels are in construction. Boys hostel which is active now that is only for scheduled caste and tribe students.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and always co-operative. Always co-operates in clearing personal doubts and punctual their work. They also prepare us for placement purpose. They co-operates in extracurricular activities. In self financing maximum staffs are guest or non government faculty members.
Other: No annual function is celebrated but an annual athletic day is celebrated in winter.

Too much satisfied in this course, you'd regret if you will not take admission here.
Placements: There is 70% placement rate in my course.
The highest offering package was of 8 Lacs per annum and the average package was around 6 Lacs per annum.
The top recruiting companies were TCS, WIPRO, ESSEL, DELOITTE and other startups.
Around 80% of students get internship.
Top roles are project manager, developer and etc.
Infrastructure: We have a separate building for this course in which we have library, laboratory, canteen, and utility center. We have Wi-Fi but Instagram and other social media apps are banned except Google.
Hostel is manageable and the peers are very generous.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, caring and helpful to us. They are indeed very qualified, kind and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is top notch.
The curriculum is pretty much relevant and resembles the one followed in IITS & NITS.
