Worth it if you plan to pursue higher education abroad; you can earn your degree at a lower cost.
Placements:
There are no professional or job-oriented courses; these courses are purely degrees. No company placements or internships are available. You have only two courses to choose from: BA/B.Sc. You may choose other colleges if you are interested in job-oriented courses, but this is the only college available within a 10-15 km radius.
Infrastructure: The labs of the college are good, and there is a digital library available. However, books available are not above the curriculum; this is a mess. No hostel is available; you have to search elsewhere for good hostel accommodation. I haven't had much interaction to know about the availability of medical facilities. Science students are not present every day; most of them are either working, farming, or involved in family business. There is no canteen or mess available in the campus area.
Faculty: The curriculum is not industry-ready; it is only degree-ready. The teaching staff is great and appreciably knowledgeable. I can't tell you the pass percentage as I don't go regularly, but it is easy to pass and achieve good marks if you're interested.
Other: The campus is crowded only during exams. The staff is supportive.
