Don't take this college if you want good placement and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements were worse than they said while joining the college. Most of the placements were providing only marketing, BPO, and sales with unsatisfactory salary. I was looking for some core finance job, but none of the placements were there for finance.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not that good. The benches were good, but other facilities like labs, projectors, and the library didn’t meet what they said. Poor infrastructure, and there was no hostel facility too. Most students stay at flats with a lot of difficulty, like long-distance traveling, etc.

Faculty: Though the placement and infrastructure are poor, the faculty members were good with vast knowledge and experience in their domain and also help to understand the latest business trends. They were good in their work and also simplified their experience for us, which was very valuable.

College is decent and some faculty are superb.

Placements: According to previous data, 85% of students were placed. The highest package, I think, is 7 Lacs and the lowest is 4.5 lacs per annum. KPMG, Godrej, TCS, etc. are the top recruiters. The students who want to do internship get it. Roles like manager, etc. are offered.

Infrastructure: My course is a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) so I have 6 subjects in a semester. Of those six subjects, four are superb and 2 are average. So overall, faculty members are good and infrastructure is also good. The faculty of sports is also good.

Faculty: Yes, all teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Some faculty members are students at Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). As I said earlier, all the teaching staff is good but some are excellent. Yes, courses are upgraded after every semester.

Other: Everything is the best.

I am dissatisfied with the infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are nice. Mostly all the students get placed and some students take admission to the main campus for MBA. The average salary package is 3 to 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are ICICI, HDFC, Godrej, and some more banking.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility which is very irritating. Students have to find their flat for rent which is very difficult.

Faculty: Teachers are very good and helpful. Semester examinations are very difficult as it is taken by Pune University. Question paper is according to the university and the checking is very difficult.

It gives discipline, dedication, and determination.

Placements: About 80% to 90% of students are placed by our college references. The highest salary package for BBA is 5 LPA, and the average is 3 LPA. Companies like TCS, ICICI Bank, Federal Bank, and so on visit the campus for freshers. Faculty members help students pass the selection process.

Infrastructure: Overall, the campus is good. There are different labs for different needs. The library has approximately 100,000 books for reference. The playground is huge for playing football, volleyball, and so on. There are two parking areas. One is for two-wheelers and the other is for four-wheelers. At the end of the year, there will be a sports week.

Faculty: Faculty members are good to the students and have a friendly nature. Before every university exam, there will be one to two practice tests that will be conducted by the college for preparation.

Satisfied with faculty and good infrastructure and facilities also good and security is also good.

Placements: I don't know much about the placements because I'm in first year now but the companies in placements are ICICI bank, tcs, amazon, wnx, concentric, BT, and roles offered are finance, hr, marketing and accounting and internship are also available in these companies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and facilities are also nice. Classroom, labs and library are big and canteen food is good and garden and ground is also so nice and big. Parking space is also good overall campus infrastructure is so good medical facilities are also there.

Faculty: Teachers are so helpful and well qualified and knowledgeable also and teaching method is also so good. Course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry ready and semester exam are not much difficult and passing percentage is 95%. .

Other: I choose this because I want to build my future in management and events are also organized good.

I am absolutely satisfied with the faculty members. There are average placements.

Placements: Almost 65% of students from the batch got placed last year. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA for a finance role. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA. AIFI is the top recruiter here. About 50% of students did internships. Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd offered internships. Finance, sales, marketing and HR roles are offered here.

Infrastructure: The library has maintained serenity, and the collection of books is also very helpful for academics. The college has one ground and a volleyball court. In addition to this, there is also a small garden where students can study. The classrooms are a bit small for FY BBA. Later the classrooms for SY BBA and TY BBA are really comfortable. The quality of food provided by the mess is average where you can enjoy the fast food. Our college faculty members give importance to sports in the very first year. Students organise sports week every year.

Faculty: The teachers here are really helpful and informative. They all are highly qualified, and their teaching techniques are at their peak. The course is relevant. Our college faculty members and seniors make sure that the juniors get ready to face the industry. Semester exams are a bit hard. About 36% is the pass percentage.

Other: The market demand for this course is more, so I chose it. The best thing about this course is that you get to know things better in the organisation life. Our college should teach presentation skills, public speaking skills and management. There is an average crowd, and the college focuses on events. A lot of events are organised every year by the seniors and the faculty members.

Attendance is compulsory and discipline is the major thing.

Placements: As concerned for the Bachelor's degree some students prefer a placement after the completion of the course for experiencing the corporate world and for the better acknowledgement of how it works. We have our own placement cell which invites many firms like TCS, Infoysis, Wipro etc. Around 75% students got placed during their year of passing. The highest package was offered of 3 Lacs. Whereas internship is offered to each student. Some companies intend to give stipend whereas some don't.

Infrastructure: Basic amenities like electricity, drinking water, cleanliness of washrooms etc. Are always considered first. Each classroom has the sitting capacity of 80-90 students and every class is well-equipped with the projectors. Library consists of around 5000 books of different sections like fiction etc. Books from different author that may be beneficial to the student are issued to the student on the library card. There is a football ground, volleyball ground, a playground, table tennis room, and a sports room in the campus. A kit of first aid is kept in every class. There is one big canteen that has the sitting capacity of around 500 students at a time. The food over there is liked by every student and special hygienic environment is maintained while preparing the food inside the canteen. However there is no hostel service provided for the Bachelor's course. There are several hostels outside the campus have tied up with the college. And students tend to stay in those hostels itself. I haven't faced any infrastructure related problem as everything is well taken care of here by the management.

Faculty: Coming up to the faculty members over here. They are very knowledgeable and highly qualified. Teacher's here focus on each and every student's progress. Discipline here is the major thing a student must follow. And the attendance criteria is more important. Without having 75% attendance students are not allowed to sit for the examination. Teaching is done by the use of presentations. Students have to complete their notes and thereafter the presentation is circulated to the students. There are 3 industrial visits that are must. We've been taken to the volkwagen plant, Coca-Cola etc. So that the students get to know about the industries practically. The course curriculum is very helpful for the students and help them to increase their knowledge.

If one student want to study. I will prefer to go Balaji but if wants to have fun then don't go.

Placements: As I suggest Balaji is a good college for studies n placement wise you will get a internship summer project and at the last year you will get a chance to sit for a placement for different companies. All students will get equal chance of being selected.

Infrastructure: Balaji has a good infrastructure. And it stands second in infrastructure facilities. In Pune. As compared to different college. It has well maintained library, sports ground, computer labs, Science labs and foremost well maintained classrooms with biometric system of attendance.

Faculty: Faculty in Balaji are very good as compared to different colleges in Pune. Faculty treats every student as a same. No partiality is done. All courses are made easy by faculty itself. Various courses are offered heresuch as BBA B.Com. LAW, etc. And all courses are reached by various professionals.

Other: Only one or two events like sports, cultural, etc. Are organised in a year.
