Infrastructure is mid. Faculty members are somehow rude and students have 0 social skills.

Placements: Out of 60 students only 15-17 students got placed and rest of them are yet roaming around unemployed. The average salary package offered is around 5 LPA to 6 LPA. I don't think there's any famous company who visited yet but I have seen students get placed as web developer in a well to do company.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is acceptable. It's not too bad but also not too good to be satisfied according to the fees. Classrooms are very suffocating and bad. Canteen takes ages to create a simple dish and that too is tasteless. There is a hospital within campus which is a good thing. There's only one sports ground which gets crowded easily.

Faculty: Some teachers are very good and support lying but some faculty members are somehow rude and do not empathize with students at all. They punish students on assumption and won't even care about our justification. Rest teachers are very polite and friendly to talk with.

Other: About the crowd, I am a new student, and I have seen there is no unity between seniors. They have made individual groups and there isn't even unity in merely 60 students.

Good College for Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA).

Placements: Placement is good for only the MCA course, not for BCA. Approximately 65% of the MCA batch got placed, but BCA students are not getting enough opportunities. Companies with profiles like sales or marketing are coming for BCA, which students do not prefer. Companies like TCS, Nagarro, etc., come for MCA.

Infrastructure: The course curriculum is very good and up-to-date. All the classrooms have Wi-Fi, and there are spacious labs with enough computer systems. A hostel facility is also available. Sports events are held once a year in the GGSIPU main campus for all the sports. The canteen is also available but is a little expensive for students.

Faculty: Some teachers are very good and helpful, qualified with Masters or Ph.D. degrees. They have very good knowledge of programming. But some teachers are only doing their job. The course curriculum is very good, having the latest technology subjects like Machine Learning, Data Science, Web Development with Django, Mobile Application Development, etc.

Not satisfied because of placements, teachers are good, infrastructure is great.

Placements: The placements are not very good at this college. You'll only get the common placements that every college does, like TCS and Infosys. The college should work on the placement more. You have to look for off-campus placements all the time. The college doesn't have good placements for BCA. Only a few companies come here.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good here. The labs are properly maintained, and you'll also get Wi-Fi here. The college is big in terms of infrastructure. It has a big park in front of the college on the campus, and students can play games there. Hostel facilities are also available. The canteen food is good.

Faculty: The most important thing is the teachers. Talking about teachers, they are good, they are knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good. They are helpful. They will help you at every point. They provide all the study materials that you'll need in the course, all the PDFs, books, and all.

Other: Overall, the college is okay, but the placements are not that good, so you have to look for placements by yourself. Otherwise, the teachers are good. The infrastructure is great. You'll get all the basic facilities there, like the canteen and the ground for sports.

It is a good college to take admission for the BCA course.

Placements: Our college is affiliated with GGSIPU. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Companies like Amazon, SAP, Indigo, Wipro, etc., visit the college to recruit BCA students. Around 90% of students get internships on campus. Front-end and back-end roles are offered for BCA students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is well-constructed with fully air-conditioned classrooms and Wi-Fi on every floor. There is one library with semester books and competitive books. Our college does provide a hostel and canteen. The medical facility is very good but not for extreme emergencies.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very supportive of students and knowledgeable. There are different teachers for labs. Our course curriculum provides a better understanding of the software sector. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not difficult if students study regularly and code every day. Students have to pass both lab and theory exams separately. The minimum pass percentage is 33%.

Other: I chose BCA because I have an interest in coding. This course covers all the required things for coding. Our college has to update its syllabus and focus more on the practical part rather than on the theory part. Our college does not organise any event and fest but our university organises it every year. Scholarships are provided for both BCIIT and GGSIPU for EWS and toppers.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the placements (2022-2024).

Placements: In the batch 2022-2024, only 20% of the students got placed. The highest package offered on campus was 8.1 LPA and the lowest was 3.14lpa. Some top recruiting companies are NCR Voyix, To the New, Publicizes, Daffodill, IVP, Big Oh notation, and some more. Mostly software develops, QA engineer and SDET roles were offered from these companies, Java developed, C# developed and frontend developed too were the roles offered.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is average. Whole campus consists of 3 colleges including physiotherapy depth and hotel management depth with IT depth. The IT department building is average. Classes are fully air conditioned and have WIFIs. Labs are fully equipped with everything but some keyboards and mouse don't work properly. There are 4 labs in total, 2 for BCA and 2 for MCA. BCA's lab is on the first floor along with the classes and MCA's lab is in the basement along with MCA classes. There is a common canteen for physiotherapy, hotel management and IT depth and. The food is average too, there are not much options to eat there but sitting arrangement in canteen is fine. Mess food is not that great but itis eatable. There is a hospital in the campus for medical emergencies. BCIIT annually organizes the sports meet and it is very active in sports. BCIIT has a lot of games teams and they play in main campus sports meet too.

Faculty: Faculty is good, they help out in every way possible. Some teachers are too biased for students and some are the best mentors you can get. Some teachers are qualified and some are not and the non qualified teachers teach the hardest subjects which makes it harder for students to score in that subject. Course curriculum is good and relevant. It includes everything we need to learn in order to enter the IT field. It does help the students to actually enter the corporate world. Semester are not that hard, there are 3 semesters in which paper happen and last semester is dissertation based only. Pass percentage is 40% (as of my batch, it may have changed). Exam difficulty is average, they are not hard. If you learn properly then you can easily score some good marks.

Satisfied with college faculty and environment but not with the culture or placement.

Placements: Our college has very good placement opportunities for the students who are in their final year. The top recruiting companies are IBM, TCS, and Knoldus. Top roles offered to the students are software developer, associate roles, and web developer. Around 60–70% gets placed every year.

Infrastructure: Our college has a very good environment surrounded by greenery. Air-conditioned labs, classrooms, well-equipped labs, etc. are there. The college also has libraries and high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a canteen that maintains proper hygiene. Medical facilities are also available in the college.

Faculty: The teachers are well educated and very supportive; they have a good connection with students. Of course the course curriculum makes you job-ready because the course is structured in a very skillful way. Semester exams are very moderate, in which you only need 40 marks to clear the exam.

Other: As I already had an interest in the field of technology, I decided to pursue this course. The syllabus can be more perfect as per the job industry.
