BIBS has helped in revitalizing my career.

Placements: I got a 6-month internship at Balmer Lawrie (a PSU). All of my batch-mates were able to secure their internships as well. Some of them with a one-year tenure, and others with PPO. Placement is never easy in the SCM domain. I (along with four other batch mates) was fortunate to land 8 LPA salary package from a popular e-commerce company.

Infrastructure: The campus comprises of three large buildings, relatively spacious more than enough to accommodate all students and faculty members. There is dedicated rooms for group discussion and extra circular activities. Internet is provided by the institute. Classes are conducted on whiteboards and via projectors. Food stalls and canteen are available and open 24/7 outside the campus.

Faculty: As Supply Chain is a niche area, it requires special expertise. We were fortunate to have faculty members having more than 40+ years of industry experience. From the onset, we were exposed to the theoretical aspect of supply chain, that progressive became more detailed. Along with our regular classes, we had the SCM Diploma course from Teach Mahindra Institute with 6 6-month duration, conducted within the campus periodically. There are four semesters, the first two are common for all domains. The third and fourth semesters for the specialization one takes. The pattern for the exam is followed by the affiliated university and the institute as well.

One of the best MBA college in Kolkata.

Placements: Almost 90% students were placed in my course. And the highest package was 12.4 lacks and average was 4.5. Recruiting companies are Parle, Nestle, Britannia, ICICI Bank, wipro etc. 65% students will get the internship because after then covid comes.

Infrastructure: This college has big classrooms and all classrooms fully covered with ac and Wi-Fi connection. And all classrooms has a projector. The college has not any hostel. But you can find many hostels in that location. My friends get hostels within 1 km.

Faculty: All teachers are very good and knowledgeable. If any students can't understand in this class or absent then they will talk to the teachers and arrange extra classes. It makes the students industry ready. 99% students will pass. And the semester exam is not very easy.

This is a good college for average students.

Placements: I don't want to give good ratings for placements. Luckily, I got placed in Asian Paints. But, many of my friends are struggling to get a job. They are sending candidates to stores like Armani and Forever 21 for the role of an assistant store manager. They invite lots of companies, but the placements depend upon the abilities of candidates.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that good. The building is old, and the campus is not huge. There are no cafeteria, library and common rooms for students. Students have to go out to have lunch. Classrooms are congested. Although this is a 5 storied building, there is no lift facility. They know how to make a small place to look beautiful.

Faculty: There are some good faculty members. Our teachers are highly experienced. Our college offers 2 courses namely PGPIBM+MBA and PHPBM+MBA. Both the courses are full-time courses. Working persons can choose the PGPIBM course. They organise some events like Theme Day, Cuty6 Scan, USP, Brand War, Startup, etc., for the students to gain knowledge.

Other: Around 450 students join this college every year.

You can compare yourself to an IIM student.

Placements: I was delighted to get an apprenticeship in Jana Laxmi bank, and the placement process was very smooth and relevant. The placement cell has done a good amount of hard work for bringing good companies with good packages and at a good location, where we can learn everything which is needed for MBA.

Infrastructure: Our college's infrastructure is very good, and the room is very spacious. All the facilities of a visual lecture are also provided and the faculty, placement cell always try to bring extraordinary externals to the college and the external tries to share their views about the market.

Faculty: Faculty are very helpful, and they are always at the doorstep to help every student. There is no bias with the student. We can share every information with our mentor. The integrated programme is the best programme in India because it gives us the exposure of industries with learning.

Other: The event like Passport, USP, and Brand war are the programme which helps to grow the communication as well as confidence which would help when every student step in the market.

This is a platform, where one can get what they want from their life.

Placements: The placement in the college is good. Last year, the highest package in India was 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. One can also apply for international placement as well. During an apprenticeship, the highest package this year is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 1.2 LPA. The placement team will be always there by your side for any help in the college.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facility is available in college, and the rooms are air-conditioned. The college itself provides subject books, and there is no canteen in the college, but there are various food stalls outside the college. Till now, there is no infrastructure-related problem in the college.

Faculty: The faculty members of the college are the best part of this college as they will always teach you to your friend. The real-life example of the subjects gives the best quality teaching, and the various PPT presentations and giving a speech in front of the class helps the student to grow their self-confidence.

Other: The numerous events are conducted in this college. Specifically, the "Brand War" and "City Scan" are the event that helps the students to know more about the present scenario of the market.
