On JEE Main Cutoffs
Q:   What can students do after JEE Main session 2 result?
A:

After JEE session 2 is completed, only those candidates who are aiming for IITs need to start preparing for JEE Advanced after clearing JEE Main. Those who are above the 98th percentile should start preparing for JEE Advanced as soon as possible. Those below this, between the 95th and 98th percentile, should focus on attempting more mock tests and previous year question papers so that they have a better chance of clearing JEE Advanced

It's a good college, faculty members are good and supportive, and the canteen is a bit messy.
Placements: About 90 percent of students got placed. The average package is 4 LPA, and the highest is 14 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Siemens, Kent, and Reliance. About 80-90 percent of students get internships with the help of professors here, in companies like Gauge Bourdon (panel) and similar from Mumbai and Navi Mumbai parts. Process engineer, designer, and PLC programmer.
Infrastructure: Facilities like washrooms are available on each floor of the main campus. Different and specific labs are present for different categories and subjects. AC is available in all the computer labs. The department canteen is a bit below average with no cleanliness. Separate boys' and girls' hostels are available in the hostel with 3 sharing, 2 sharing, and single-person rooms. Wi-Fi on campus does not work for students and no network is present in classrooms. Only one library is present for all departments. The quality of food in the canteen is okay but the surroundings are below average. Sports and games facilities are present.
Faculty: Not all teachers are helpful and their teaching quality is average. Some of them are very good at their subjects but some teachers are no good. The course curriculum is good. First year is a bit hard to pass as 20 percent of my classmates are still clearing the first two semesters and I am entering 3rd year this year.
Other: I chose this course because it was something new and interesting rather than all choosing CS/IT. Every year college fest is there, its name is Abhiyaan. Many other events like annual sports, traditional days, and cultural events are organised and celebrated. Many clubs are present in college like e-cell, creative team, singing team, dance team, robotics club, code crunchers, etc. I think the teaching staff should be improved. The crowd here is good. Overall it is a good college and a good decision to take admission here.

A balanced college experience with good academics and growing placement opportunities.
Placements: The placement of our college is decent. With 70-80% placement rates of eligible students with an average package of 4-6 LPA, our branch is very competitive. While the highest CTC goes up to 11 LPA, it's quite rare to achieve such a big package from a reputed organisation.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good with spacious classrooms and well-equipped laboratories. Though the Wi-Fi is not working well in most parts of the college hostel, it still serves its purpose in decent work. Smart boards are available in the majority of the rooms.
Faculty: Faculty is quite well with teachers explaining concepts in depth and future scope knowledge. The curriculum is well structured with the overall growth of the student in the first year of the course. Then, in the following years, with advancement in the programme's core course.
Other: I always liked computers and their related tech, which is why I chose this course, as I wanted in-depth knowledge of the subject, and I also have a very strong interest in programming.

It comes in the top 15 colleges of Mumbai University.
Placements: 75% students get placed from the mechanical department. Currently, the highest package is 9.2 LPA in the Mechanical department, and the lowest may be 3 LPA. Adani Oil, Indian Oil, Godrej, etc., recruit. Good percent of students gets internship from the 2nd year onwards only, from companies like Royal Enfield and more.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-maintained, and the canteen has various types of food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The library has a decent number of books that can be borrowed and kept for 15 days. Wi-Fi is not available around the college campus, but available around the hostel on each floor. Hostel mess is decent, it keep changes quarterly, and every 1 quarter of the year fest and sports are celebrated.
Faculty: Some teacher guide properly, some do not, but all have a good knowledge of their respective subject. The new NEP 2020 Mumbai University is very well. The exam is easy based on the previous year's questions only, and can be easily passed by watching youtube channel.

Overall, my college is good.
Placements: Companies like IBM, Renix, TCS, and MNCs visit the college to hire students. Placements are available with eligibility criteria for 12 marks. More than 30 students get placed in college. A few of my juniors also get placed within marketing and technical companies. Roles of AI, web development, Java developer, etc., are offered here.
Infrastructure: Our college has good labs. There are ACs in all classrooms. It conducts a task in each lab, and we need to do it with full focus. Daily, a 1 lab session is conducted, and 20 students in each batch do the practical work in the lab time, for example, Python, code, web development, C++, and DSA.
Faculty: Our college faculty members are good. However, it is also students' responsibility to understand topics without bunking lectures and attending them by themselves to create their future success. My friends and mine CGPA is above 9, so sometimes we bunk lectures, but not all the time, as we are that focused and capable during our study time.

Decent college with good infrastructure, average faculty, and improving placements.
Placements: There is no such type of placement provided from the college. Minimum 2 LPA-3 LPA is offered for the college placement. Top role is offered by Juspay, there are no such top companies that come to our college. No internships are provided by college, you have to do it by yourself. The college does not help you in this matter, and they only give a certificate of completion.
Infrastructure: College hostel is in good condition, not much, but you can stay there. The facilities provided by the hostel are good enough. The Wi-Fi system is not good, and there is a range issue in the college building. One thing is good about college hostels, that there are 2 different hostels, one for girls and one for boys. Security matters the most.
Faculty: Some faculty members are helpful, but some are so rude that they directly ignore you. Semester exams are okay, not so difficult, not so easy, it is medium level. There is a 10 CGPA teaching system, not so good, same with the practicals, also you have to do everything on your own.

It has good faculty members and a campus.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed from our course this year. The highest package is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, PhonePe, Jio, Wipro, etc. The college provides internships to students from startup companies as well as big companies like TCS. 85% of students got internships through the campus.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided are average. Wi-Fi works well in some classrooms and labs, while in others it does not work well. Desktops are just fine, and they allow us to bring our own laptops for comfort levels. All classrooms have a smart board as well as a normal board for efficient teaching. It has a separate reading room to focus on study, which can easily accommodate 100 students. I stay in a locality, but students living in the hostel have told me that the food is good and they provide Wi-Fi facility as well.
Faculty: All teachers are supportive and cooperative while solving doubts and difficulties in course-related subjects. They also give guidance regarding placements and internships. Semester exams are easy to pass, and we can easily get 9 points if we study well.
