Both are equally good and it depends on one's interest that in which course they want to pursue their career. PGDM has 4 sections of 60 each and RM has only one batch of 60. So placement wise this info can help you and to get admission in PGDM

No, the college has very strict policy related to ragging if any is found doing any sort of ragging he\she is expelled from college.

Yes, you can get admission on the basis of GMAT but then it will be only for insurance and retail you cannot apply for DM and IB.
