I am satisfied with my college life.

Placements: About 40% of the students from our course got placed. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Mainly, government jobs were offered to alumni of our college. Most of the students from our department are working in the government sector. Even 3 students settled abroad in research and development sectors.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available only for teachers, and there are special classrooms with the latest projectors and are fully air-conditioned. Laboratories are not updated, and many types of modern equipment need to be provided. As it is a government college, it lacks some safety goods also, but they can be managed.

Faculty: Faculty members here are most helpful, and especially in physics and chemistry, you will get better teachers in West Bengal. The environment is also good in our college with helpful and knowledgeable faculty members, but the inorganic section is weak. Many faculty members can be hired.
