Overall, it is the best college, and all basic facilities are provided, except for medical.
Placements: In our college, about 60-70% of students from each branch get placed. My branch is civil, and the highest package is about 10-15 LPA, the lowest package is between 3-5 LPA, and the average package is 7 LPA. TCA is the top recruiting company for all branches. 100% of civil engineering students get internships from steel and cement companies. In civil engineering, our opportunities depend on our skills, like Autocad.
Infrastructure: College's infrastructure is excellent. There are separate buildings for every branch, such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, and BSH. There are also four workshops for civil and mechanical students. Computer labs and an English language lab are available in the BSH building, and every building has labs required for its branch; for example, the civil department has a geotechnical lab. A library is also present on campus, and Wi-Fi is provided. There are three hostels on campus, but no medical facility or canteen is available.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated and very supportive. They teach us using both smart boards and by explanation. Semester exams are not too difficult, they are based on your studies. Please review the pattern and question types from previous year's question papers. The passing percentage is 33%.
Other: I chose the Civil Engineering branch because there is a high probability of getting government jobs. My brother is also pursuing a B.Tech in the same branch, but from a different institute. Additionally, I have an interest in making designs and learning Autocad.

Overall, I can say the college is average. You can go for it.
Placements: Almost 80% of students are placed in this session, and the highest is 10 LPA. This is good. The teacher and HOD help a lot. The college is very nice, and all HODs are very nice, and their behavior is also good. Many events were conducted in the college that motivated the students to participate and develop their interests overall.
Infrastructure: Evening classes are available in the college. Facilities are present, and each branch has the proper HODs, and the teachers are very helpful. They always try to help the students at all times. The Wi-Fi network and connection are also available on the campus; the speed is average, but it's okay.
Faculty: The college is just effective, and it conducts many internal exams. The college also gives assignments and many new things. They conduct two internal exams in one semester: Internal 1 and Internal 2, and they conduct your semester exams in the center.
Other: The mechanical branch is best in this college so I recommend that if u are interested than join for core branch is best here .

Review of Chaibasa Engineering College.
Placements: Around 20-30% of students got placed in the last year, 2023-24. Top recruiting companies of our course are TCS, Wipro, and Accenture. Here, our course Electronics and Communication is NBA aggregate and approved by AICTE. The main job role offered to students is service-based.
Infrastructure: Our college has 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The institute deployed a security guard at the entry gate of the hostel for physical surveillance and safekeeping of the hostel environment and assets. There are common room with an indoor game facility. It also has high-speed Wi-Fi, power backup, room delivery facility by in-house paid canteen and outdoor sports facility.
Faculty: The number of faculty members in our college is very low. In each department, only 6 -7 teachers are available, so our college education level is not good. Some teachers are very good but not all due to this, so all students need more effort. This is a 4-year course. Every year we have 2 semesters, and we have a total 8 of semesters. Every semester has internal and external exams. In every semester, we must pass or fail any 2 subjects then only we can go to the next semester.

It is a very underrated college with good and bright students.
Placements: The percentage of on-campus placement is very low for the Computer Science Engineering branch, but for other core branches, around 40% of students are placed through placement drives. For CSE, there are very few on-campus placements, but it is okay according to ROI. There are more off-campus placements in companies like TCS, Infosys, and other mass recruiting companies. If we talk about the highest package, there is no record, as they all are off-campus, and on-campus, it is 3-4 LPA in MNCs. Top roles offered are web developer, backend developer, frontend developer, etc., in tech jobs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent, not too good, not too bad, but all the essential things are there, which an engineering college should have. The college maintains its infrastructure, and the environment is very good. There are hostel facilities for both boys and girls, with mess facilities in every hostel. There are two canteens. The college also conducts different types of events and organizes tournaments and programs from time to time.
Faculty: Teachers are good and very helpful towards students. The lab facilities are very good. There are many computer labs with many systems. All the faculty members are good and polite in nature, but you need to study on your own for better performance. Semester exams are conducted by JUT (Jharkhand University of Technology).

Review of Chaibasa Engineering College.
Placements: Around 30-40% of students get placed in my course. Many students are not placed because they are preparing for higher education or government examinations. The highest package in my course at my college is around 8 LPA, the average package is 3 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Chaibasa Engineering College in Jharkhand has a few shortcomings in its infrastructure, including a shortage of classrooms, average labs, and slow Wi-Fi facility. The hostel rooms are also considered below average. Classrooms are limited, labs are average, and the Wi-Fi facility speed is slow.
Faculty: Chaibasa Engineering College in Jharkhand offers B.E. and B.Tech courses in various engineering disciplines. The college has faculty with experience from industries and reputed institutes. Faculty members in the Electronics and Communication Engineering department are experienced and well-qualified. Faculty members in the Computer Science and Engineering department participates in various faculty development programs. Chaibasa Engineering College CEC in Jharkhand offers undergraduate programs in full-time mode across various specializations, including Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering. Admission to CEC is based on GUJCET scores.

I am not satisfied with the mess food.
Placements: Placements are not very good. Many students got placements. Only a few students got good placements with a salary package of 8 LPA. Branch-wise placements are different. The highest salary package offered in our college is 14 LPA. If you want to get a good job with a good LPA, you need to go through outside placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities are not very good. Around 5 students are staying in one hostel room. The hostel has Wi-Fi. It works only sometimes. The food served in the food is not hygienic. There are no medical facilities. The hostel does not have a playground for games.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified but not helpful. If you are joining this college, you should never depend on teachers. They don't help you with your studies. The course curriculum is relevant. It does not fully prepare you for the field, you must seek placements.
Other: All courses are good. They all give you a technical degree. CSE has more chances to be placed. The thing I want to change in our course is to provide more practical knowledge.
