Companies from various sectors such as Agri-Input, Banking and Finance, Agri-Commodity, Consultancy, etc., have participated in the recruitment drive. Along with final placements, 100% students got a summer internship in various prestigious companies.
Infrastructure: CCS NIAM is having smart classroom along with IT swathe, which gives the availability of Wi-Fi all over the campus. Chambal boys hostel and Krishna girls hostels are furnished with all the required amenities. NIAM also has good infrastructure for sports as well.

NIAM, the only institute for agricultural marketing in South Asia.
Placements: The institute has been witnessing 100% placements since it's inception in some of the major agriculture sectors. Both MNCs and domestic companies have been loyal recruiters of this institute. Its huge alumni base is also a supporting factor for the placements.
Infrastructure: As far as government institutes are concerned, this institute has an average infrastructure. With more than 30 acres of area, this vast institute has all the major necessities that are required for an MBA graduate. However, there is still scope for improvement here. The campus has good sports infrastructure as well.
Faculty: The course curriculum is diverse and is improved every year according to the industry requirements. The in-house faculty members and guest faculty members are well versed in their subjects. Their teaching is more practical oriented, and case studies are used as a method of teaching.

Institute with a difference.
Placements: Last fortnight of October or 1st fortnight of November, the administration will be in touch and convey you the exact dates. Companies come and conduct GDs, interviews, written tests, etc. There are 100% placements with their own interest. ICICI, Coramandal, Escort, Cms, Jeevika, Mahyco and Big Basket are the leading ones with highest package of 11 lakhs/annum(include health insurance) and the lowest of 4.5 lakhs/annum. 6.5 lakhs/annum is offered on an average with roles like credit managers, supply chain managers, management trainee, MDO, etc,
Coming to summer internships, TCS, DOW Chemicals, Jeevika, Meghmani and Sulphur Mills are the leading ones with the highest stipend of 25000, the lowest of 12000 and the average of 15000.
Infrastructure: We have a 32-acre furnished Wi-Fi campus with smart classrooms, south and north Indian food, good hostels, sports, a gym, a hall, etc.
There is a library with more than 14000 books and 600 periodicals. The quality of food is awesome with a unique style.
Faculty: So far we have not faced any difficulties with visiting faculty members.
Visiting faculty members come from reputed institutes like IIMs, IITs, MICA, FMS, etc. They follow teaching procedures and conduct different exercises in the classrooms that are conducted in their institutes and hence we try our best to standardize ourselves to that of any other reputed institutes. They complete the respective courses in 2-3 visits. We will be given assignments between the visits which keeps us occupied & we stay in constant touch through phone or email.
The permanent faculty team consists of experienced lecturers who are specialized in teaching subjects like marketing, business economics, mathematics, commodities, etc.

NIAM is the only premier institute in entire South-East Asia for agricultural marketing.
Placements: I got placed in Fullerton India Credit Company Limited as a cluster manager. It is a Singapore-based NBFC established in 2007 in India. There are 100% placements every year in top agri-business as well as finance sector companies. The average package offered by companies is 6 lakhs and the highest and lowest packages are 10 lakhs and 4.5 lakhs respectively. Almost all the reputed agri-business companies visited the college. Every student got the internship as well as final placements. The internship students get an average stipend of 8,000 monthly.
Infrastructure: It has a well-developed infrastructure available on the campus. It is fully Wi-Fi connected with a computer lab having a broadband connection, well-developed classrooms as smart classrooms, good library, medical facilities, sports and games facilities for students. A very good canteen with the best quality food is available here. There are separate hostels for boys and girls.
Faculty: Highly qualified internal and external faculty members are there in NIAM for specialised courses. External faculty members are from various IIMs, XLRI, IIFT and reputed IITs. Physical teaching methods along with PPTs are used in favour of the industry needs. It provides a lot of exposure about the industry. Every year, minimum 30-50 guest lectures are organised by eminent personalities from various sectors. Courses are designed to cater the need of agri-business industries. The student to faculty ratio is 1:6.
Other: It is one of the beat colleges for the agricultural marketing course in India. You can groom managerial and technical skills about agri and allied sectors. Location-wise, it is situated at Jaipur and this city is famous as pink city and tourists came here across the country to visit this place. NIAM provides various training programs for farmers like FPOs and also for foreigners from Kenya and Malawi.

Good environment to learn freely.
Placements: Placements were 100% till 2016, and the packages ranged from 9.5 lakhs to 6 lakhs. Reputed MNCs of input, banking and consultancy services companies came to our campus. Professional posts like Manager to Zonal Manager posts were offered in many companies. Internships were compulsory in our course curriculum which were 100%, and the Stipend was from Rs.5,000 to Rs.30,000.
Infrastructure: The whole campus was with a Wi-Fi facility and smart classrooms supported with two projector systems. The campus includes a cricket court, tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuttlecock court etc.
A library is there with all sector books and magazines like Economic Times, Outlook etc. The quality of the food is awesome and you will surely like it. Hostels were very good for those who want to be social with friends and those who need privacy. Gardens were too good to see the whole beauty with nice admin offices and college buildings.
Faculty: There are both in-house and external faculty members who taught us in our batch. There were external faculty members as well from IIMs and other management colleges who were industry-experienced specialists. There were compulsory industrial exposure courses which will really help the students to know the real market.
Other: Mavens of Agri Business Management.
As it gives the great environment to learn what really the market environment by field exposure, the only agriculture and allied sector graduates can eligible for this college. The procedure to join is like CAT/CMAT eligibility. Shortlisting by the admins as per merit, written test in the campus with a panel interview. The college fee is 6 lakhs in my batch but may be, it has been increased.
