Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture offers a four-year BDes in Interior Design programme at the UG level. Candidates must pass Class 12 in any stream with at least 50% aggregate to apply for BDes. Aspirants are selected for BDes based on UCEED scores followed by performance in the PI round.

Aspirants must pass Class 12 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with at least 45% aggregate to apply for BArch programme at Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture. Candidates can have one of the following third subject:Chemistry, Biology, Technical Vocational Subject, Computer Science, IT, Informatics Practices, Engineering Graphics or Business Studies.

Aspirants need to complete a three-year Diploma after Class 10 with a minimum of 45% aggregate to apply for BArch course at Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture. Candidates should have studied Mathematics in Diploma as compulsory subject to apply for BArch.

The total course fees for BArch is INR 10.1 lakh at Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture. The fees also includes Educational Technology Services (ETS) fees of INR 25,000 to be paid at the time of admission. A Career Advancement Services (CAS) fees of INR 25,000 to be paid in second semester is also included.

The Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture B.Arch fees is yet to be revealed for the 2026 session. In 2025, the total tuition fee was INR 9.6 Lacs and the ETS/CAS fees was INR 40,000. Candidates are required to pay the ETS/CAS fees as admission fees during the end of the admission process.
