Review of MBA in HR from the CMS Business School.
Placements: CMS business school has a dedicated department for placement-related activity that is actively working for the on-campus placements. 6-13 LPA is the average package offered in our course at this college. Top recruiting companies were IBM, TCS, Accenture, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Cognizant, etc. Top roles offered were HR, manager, associate, analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities available at this college were very good. The college has an excellent infrastructure for the MBA course. Wi-Fi, labs, library, canteen, hostel, sports, etc. facilities were available for the students. Food in the canteen was good to eat. The hostel facility was also available for the students. Facilities in the hostel were also good.
Faculty: Professors at the CMS Business School are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers were giving proper guidance and support on a regular basis. College professors were experienced in the teaching field. All the important topics are included in the course curriculum, which makes students industry-ready. Exams in our college were not easy to pass in the MBA.

With just some changes, it would be best university in India.
Placements: No need to worry about placement; just be ready for interview before final year You will have dozens of opportunities. Just to complete one task, clear all subjects with a 6.5 pointer; this is most companies eligibility criteria. In first year, you will get internship opportunity (at least 2) infiniti research, evolved back and many startups hire as HR intern. Big firms like Flipkart, Disney Hotstar, Jio, Tata, and Yazaki hire us as a human resources executive college with 100% placement every year. The average package is 7 LPA.
Infrastructure: Jain University has an awesome environment and modern facilities but language barriers are the main problem. Locals only understand Kannada. Many local students dominate college like rowdy things. The college has Wi-Fi in every section. We have 3 libraries on campus; all are best but capacity-wise, library 1 is the biggest. The college has hostels for girls and boys. The hostel is looking like a 4-star hotel. Mess only provides pure vegetarian food but rent is too, like nearly 2 lacs, and a gym and pool facility are also provided. The college has a separate canteen and cafeteria.
Faculty: Teachers mainly focus on studies and less on extracurricular activities; they need to start being more practical because theory lectures are boring and hard to understand. The semester is for 4 months. In the first month, we have a first-class test and after the second-class exam, we have midterm exams. Finally, from the college side, they conduct the term-end exam, which is most important. Of course, having all HR concepts in place for two years is ideal.

I am dissatisfied with placements, but I am happy with infrastructure and course.
Placements: Till date, about 2% of the students got placed. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, the average salary package offered is 4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like Oracle, Atkins, Bodycraft and Blue Ocean are the top recruiters of our college. Students are offered with roles like a management trainee, recruitment specialist, learning and development trainee and talent acquisition specialist. Almost 95% of the students got an internship in companies like Tavant, Udaan, Total Environment, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has poor Wi-Fi, but labs and classrooms have sufficient space and facilities. The library has all the books and good space for sitting. Quality and taste of the food served in the hostel was above-average. Medical facilities were good, but sports and games were not available.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. I would rate 9 out of 10 for teaching quality. The course curriculum is not that relevant, but few subjects are relevant. It makes us industry-ready. Subjects like quants or stats are not much useful, and the content of the course is repetitive.
Other: I have chosen this course because of the company's need, eligibility, and for further development. The college should improve its syllabus and teaching pattern. Fests and events are organised in our college, and they give us more exposure.
