Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT) offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses across 13 departments such as Civil Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics and Mathematics, among others. To be eligible for MBA at CIT Coimbatore. Candidates must have the following:

• A pass in any recognised bachelor’s degree of minimum three-year duration with at least 50% aggregate (45% in the case of BC, BCM, MBC, SC, SCA and ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu) in the qualifying degree examination.
• The graduation degree should be in any of these formats: 10+2+3/ 4 /5 years’ pattern OR 10+3-year Diploma + 3 years’ pattern or BE/ BTech/ BArch/ BPharm or 10+2 + AMIE or 10+3 years’ diploma

To get a seat in the BTech programme offered by Coimbatore Institute of Technology, students must fulfil the eligibility and selection criteria as stated by the institute. CIT Coimbatore provides a full-time two-year Master of Business Administration (MBA) via the Department of Management Studies. The duration of the course is two years divided into four semesters. Available across six specialisations, admission to CIT Coimbatore MBA is subject to a valid score obtained by the students in the TANCET MBA exam conducted by DOTE Chennai. The specialisations available under MBA include Business Analytics, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management and Information Systems Management. CIT Coimbatore seat reservation is not available on the web as of now. However, the institute does provide relaxation in minimum aggregate to the SC/ST candidates. For general category candidates, the minimum mark requires in Class 12 is 75%.
