My Experience in SKRAU Agriculture University .
Placements: Approximately 60–80% of the of the students were placed in this course. The highest package offered in the course is 5 LPA, and the lowest package offered in the course is 20 Thousand Per Annum. The top recruiting companies, of course, are IFFCO Industries and others. Approximately 70–90% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: They provide separate labs for subjects, classrooms are big and clean, and they are also providing a library with wi-fi. Hostel facilities are good, and the food quality is average. The medical facilities in the hostel are very good, and there are many activities like sports and games to do.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and helpful. He also has good knowledge. And the teaching quality is Osam. Semester examinations at this college are not tough. They provide the best teacher-student ratio in this college. Our university has many faculties.

Review of COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE, Sriganganagar.
Placements: This is a new college. It was established in 2021. There are no placements.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility at our college. One will have to find PGs that are 3–4 kilometers from college. No transport facility is available. One has to walk or have a private vehicle. The infrastructure of the college is not good. The campus is not clean. There is no canteen at our college.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified as they are scientists in ARS, but they have no proper time for taking classes. They just come to class and go. The examination system of SKRAU is very hectic as there are midterms, practical exams, and final terms each semester. One does not get any practical or theoretical knowledge here. Students rarely attend classes as there is no proper attendance.
Other: I chose this course to get a good government job in the agriculture field. The examination system should be improved. There are no extracurricular activities at our college.

It is not a good college to study.
Placements: It was an average college but did not provide placements. Companies didn't visit our college to offer placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was not available in our college. Classrooms were not good. The infrastructure of the library was average. Hostel was not good, especially in food and cleanliness. Mess and canteen were not available. The food served was not good for health.
Faculty: Teachers available in our college were not good. Exams were conducted semester-wise. Students have to do self-study and especially English medium students. The passing CGPA was 4.0 per semester. There were 10 exams and 10 practicals per semester.
Other: Campus was not crowded because seats were unfilled. Connectivity was very bad. Extracurricular activities were not held in our college. Campus surroundings were very bad. Everything should be improved in our course.

    Students also asked

Q:   Can I become an Agricultural Entrepreneur after B.Sc Agriculture?
    ShikshaGPT says
    A:

Of course, Agriculture and allied sector not only remained insulated from economic slowdown or pandemic but has registered better growth than other sectors. Other industries have faced the problem of downsizing during a pandemic but the agriculture sector remained aloof from lay-offs, pay cuts and forced resignations. There will never be a downturn or slow down when it comes to feeding the world population.

Q:   Is the curriculum of BSc Agriculture tough?
    ShikshaGPT says
    A:

Candidates need to have a strong base in PCB subjects (physics, chemistry and biology) as these are the core fundamentals of B.Sc agriculture, and the ones who have a foundation and understanding of these subjects will be able to pursue the curriculum of BSc Agriculture more easily and score well in the exams.
