Read this before taking admission in COCAS College Patna.

Placements: Placement is good in our college as 50 to 60% of students get placed and the minimum salary offered is 2.80 LPA, and the highest is 4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, ICICI Bank, etc. come for recruitment. You can apply for an internship out of college, but our college doesn't provide internships.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in our college as there is a library where you can study and also get books. The parking area is big. The canteen is also here. The sports field is there; you can play cricket, badminton, etc. games. Wi-Fi, science lab, etc. We have no hostel facility on the college campus.

Faculty: The faculty is quite old-school, and they teach well and give you long notes. The curriculum is good and based on management courses. Exams are easy to qualify for if you study through the syllabus. Teachers are experienced, so you can ask your queries and doubts. Also, a coordinator is there to hear your complaints.

Other: I chose this course as I was interested in the business and entrepreneurship field. Also, this college is on the main road, so I preferred this. The campus is good, and social life is helpful. You can interact with many students in our college.

Life at College of Commerce, Arts and Science, Magadh University.

Placements: In this college there is no placement, but some companies like TCS, Bajaj Finance and many others come to college with their courses for only vocational students, not regular students. After you complete the course based on your marks in the course, they offer you for a job.

Infrastructure: Yes, there is a fully WiFi campus. There is a fully functional computer lab for all courses. And the science lab, botany lab, and chemistry lab are also here. There is a fully AC classroom. And there is no mess facility but the canteen is very good, and the price of the canteen is affordable. But one disappointment is that there is no hostel facility.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, knowledgeable and also very supportive. If you have a problem related to your subject and you ask them, they will help you. And it's making students industry-ready. Because from the second year of your course they start giving you projects like internships.

It is an average college with a low fee and average placements.

Placements: Around 5% of students were placed in our course B.B.M. The highest salary package offered by companies is 12 LPA and the lowest salary package offered by companies is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Byju's, Infosys, TCS, etc. The internships are provided by Hero, MotoCorp, and Bajaj automobiles.

Infrastructure: Our college faculty members and infrastructure is very good. Our college is a fully Wi-Fi campus and lots of books are available in our library. There is no hostel, maybe there will be college hostel availability in the future. The college has a canteen and maximum foods available in our country and their qualities moderate but their prices are very high.

Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and they are qualified Ph.D. professors and very knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is moderate. The School curriculum is relevant. I don't think that the course is industry ready. Easy to kill your semester exams in college and 90% of students were passed the semester exams.

Other: B.B.M. course because business management is my favorite subject and I want to become an entrepreneur. Computer knowledge to be added in this course is very compulsory because I think all business management students well trained in basic computer knowledge.

Best government college in Bihar.

Placements: In the last year, about 60% of students got placement. Many companies visited here for placements. There is an average offer made. The highest package is 4 LPA. The average package is 2.5 LPA. There are few top recruiting companies like ex- Bajaj finance, Samsung, etc. About 80%of students got internships from our course in many different companies. Marketing, Assistant job roles are offered in this course.

Infrastructure: There are all types of facilities available in our department. Their classes in our department are smart classes with Wi-Fi connectivity. There is a good library in our department. The quality of food available in our canteen is quite good. There are no medical facilities here. There are many groups and clubs in this college. It has a cricket and basketball club. There is also a table tennis court on campus.

Faculty: The faculty of this college is quite good. The faculty of this college are all Ph.D. holders and very knowledgeable. But some teachers are not so experienced. So the faculty is quite good. This course makes l the student's industry ready. This course helps students to get better in the managerial line like in marketing, sales, etc. The term exam is always on time. If the students attend regular classes then the exam is so easy.

Other: I choose this course because it helps me to get better in the managerial sector like in marketing, sales line, etc. The best thing about this course is that it makes student's personality good, it improves communication skills. Many subjects should include in this course. There are many activities are happening here. There are many groups and clubs in this college. There's an NCC group. There are also events happening like fa crusher party, farewell party, teachers party, etc.

Our college provides a good infrastructure for its students.

Placements: Our college provides placements to its students. It is an evergreen and is the best college in Patna.

Infrastructure: The entire campus was Wi-Fi enabled, and there were smart classes. Medical and sports facilities provided by the college were also good. There were well-maintained classrooms, laboratories, and a library.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The principal of our college was very well-educated. The teaching quality was also good. The course curriculum was relevant. I have suggested a few of my friends join this college.

Other: I opted for this course because management is a very good choice in the marketing sector.

The college provides good infrastructure and the best faculty members.

Placements: Last time, i.e., in 2017, placements in the college were better as more than 100 companies visited the campus for placements according to our co-coordinator. Most of the students got placed in many companies. Once I asked my senior who got placed in Sudha Dairy regarding the salary package offered. He told me that it was good enough in Bihar.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good but not the best as compared to others. In our department, our classroom is very good indeed it is not a smart classroom but feels like that they have laid down tiles in the whole department. But there is no air-conditioning facility. There are 12 fans but no AC.

Faculty: The quality of teaching is very good. They hire the most knowledgeable like doctorate holders along with the best experience in teaching like 3 to 5 years of experience. All faculty members always have the best ways to explain their subject to students.

Other: Campus life is not much good and not even connectivity. If I talk about scholarships they provide scholarships for students who need it.

Dissatisfied with the placement cell and college infrastructure.

Placements: There are 150 students in my batch, out of which only 10-20 students get placed. The highest package of approximately 3 LPA and the lowest of 2 LPA in companies like Bajaj Finserv and TCS for the role of back office operations. The college does not provide any placement support.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is average. It includes a basketball ground, botanical garden, and a canteen. There is no Wi-Fi system. But classrooms are well air-conditioned. The college has no hostels, medical facilities, or sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. But it is not perfectly aligned with the course because there are no extra activities to make students job-ready and industry-ready. Which is very bad for this course.

Good faculty members, average placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: If a student has ability he can get placements with an average package of 2-3 Lacs per annum with a Bachelors degree. Top recruiting companies are TCS, wipro etc. Approximately 40% of students are placed every year in my course. The highest package is 4-5 Lacs per annum and the lowest is 1.5 Lacs per annum. Roles offered are like sales manager, accountant, assistant manager etc.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and classrooms are fully equipped with ACs, SMART boards, projectors. Computer labs are also there for different professional courses like BCA MCA B.B.M. BBA B.Sc. IT, etc. Also there is no hostel facility is provided by the college.

Faculty: Faculty members are experienced and are knowledgeable and provides a quality education. Examination are semester wise for some courses and also there are exams annually for some courses like B.B.M. with a passing percentage of 45% for honours subjects and 33% for literature/subsidiaries.
