Data Meghe College is the best college for IT.
Placements: 80–85 percent of students get placed every year in our course. The highest package is 35 LPA. The average package is 10 LPA. The lowest is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Google, Microsoft, TCS, and Accenture. Around 80–90 percent of students get internships in our course.
Infrastructure: The best facilities are provided by this college. The classrooms and labs are very good and comfortable, with central AC. The food is average. A private canteen is also available in our hostel. All types of medical facilities are available in our hostel, along with a doctor.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching is very good in their specific domains. This course curriculum is relevant. It makes students ready for the industry. The difficulty of the exams is moderate. Pass percentage is 40%.

placements are good, faculty is supportive, and it is value for money.
Placements: Around 70% of students get placed in my course. The highest package goes up to 8 LPA or more. The lowest is around 3 LPA, and the average is around 4-5 LPA. The recruiting companies include TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, L&T, and Tech Mahindra. Most internships are self-obtained, and college support is minimal, so students usually have to find opportunities on their own. The top roles offered are Software Engineer, Test Engineer, and Web Developer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connectivity is good but limited to some floors. Labs are average, as some computers are not working and 3-4 are faulty. There are air conditioners in labs, but classrooms are average with no AC, and projectors are not available in all classrooms. The library is good and has books from all branches. There is no hostel facility in the college. So students coming from outside stay in PGs near the college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant but not fully industry-ready. Semester exams are of moderate level, if studied properly. The passing percentage is around 60%. New NEP 2020 courses are included that focus on skill development such as presentation skills, financial knowledge, and general knowledge.
Other: I am interested in coding, which I also studied in the 11th and 12th grades. I enjoy learning new technologies and understanding how things work. Paperwork should be reduced, as there are many assignments. Results are very slow, and rechecking takes months, so improvements are needed to make the course more industry-oriented. Many events are conducted, and students actively participate in them. The campus crowd is good and friendly. The college is about 10 minutes from Airoli railway station, and government scholarships are available.

Review of DMCE in brief.
Placements: DMCE offers decent placements, mainly for IT/CS branches. The average goes like 3 LPA - 5 LPA, and the highest is 10 LPA. Core branches get lower offers, and faculty is supportive. Training and placement cell is active. Training is given to students, but students need to perform to achieve.
Infrastructure: There are spacious buildings, well-equipped labs, a large library, Wi-Fi campus (just for study), and decent classrooms. Library is good. It has good collection of books. There are no hostels or sporting grounds, which are the two drawbacks students faced, other than that, there are no issues.
Faculty: Most teachers are supportive and great. They may not be well educated, but you will not feel it. Some faculty members are not good at all but for CS branch, all the faculty members are great. The syllabus is taught by Mumbai University. The semester exams and other exams are very difficult and stressful. Class percentage is 40%.

The vibe you get is like entering an office with no other facilities, like a ground or open space.
Placements: The opportunities for Civil are already few. The college provides only a few good companies, some of which are worth it. For other courses, opportunities are good but not like those big multi-cap or mid-cap companies. Mostly normal companies are better than local players.
Infrastructure: The canteen is a mess. Only during my last year was it good. There is no ground and no proper medical facilities. Wi-Fi is poor. Labs and all are average with above minimum infrastructure. The library is old, with new books added each year only to the caste section, while for normal students, only old torn books are available.
Faculty: Just to get money. They make a whole new course of infrastructure. Otherwise, the curriculum is the same for every Mumbai University college. Few subjects, seminars, or software are left for the college to decide, which, in my case, is good, as we are taught STAD and GIS.
Other: For Civil and non-computer fields. It is better to try for Mumbai colleges instead of Navi Mumbai ones, except private colleges.

Good college for average placements.
Placements: 50% of students got placed last year. The highest package is 7 LPA, the lowest is 3.25 LPA, and the average is 4.25 LPA. Roles offered were mostly as software developers at companies like Softlink Digital and Capgemini. These are the top recruiting companies. The college does not provide internships. You have to pursue them on your own.
Infrastructure: The college does not have a campus. It just has two buildings, with a third one in process. The labs are good. The college does not have any hostel or mess, but it has a canteen, which I think is overpriced. The college has a central library with a good system for issuing books.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. They are helpful and support you in doing extracurricular activities. The teaching quality is good, but they are not trying that much to make students industry-ready. Exams are not that difficult. Most of the students pass.
Other: There are lots of events held in college.

Great staff. They are supportive and helpful.
Placements: Around 50 to 60% of students are placed in the recently passed out batch. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, etc. The highest package is around 8 LPA, and the lowest is around 2.5 LPA. Roles offered are manager and fresher. Internships are also provided at a great level.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is like average. Labs and classrooms are decent. Quality of food is like okay. About hostel I have learned its fine. The campus is quite good. The infrastructure is also fine with a great vibe. Working facilities like lift are available. There are fresh seats, and a badminton court is available.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, and staffs are supportive. The pass percentage is quite good, above 90%. The exams are at a moderate level. The main semester exams are conducted properly. Teachers help to make the students industry-ready. They also help the students in many ways, rather than just studying.

Administration to B.Tech and b.pharna courses at Datta Meghe College of Engineering is based on the Maharashtra Common Entrance test. So it is not possible to get enrolled in the course without giving entrance.
But you can try next year.

It is to be noted that Datta Meghe College of Engineering does not have any in-campus hostels. Usually, students find a private hostel or a paying guest accommodation facility in or around the campus. These range between Rs 6,000 and Rs. 15,000 per month depending on the type of room whether shared/
