DCAC has been very kind to me so far.

Placements: DCAC doesn't have significant placements. I am still a junior, but I knew beforehand that for placements, I would have to search for opportunities elsewhere too. Some top names like KPMG, ICICI Bank, and SBI Bank do hire some students, but very limited.

Infrastructure: There are currently two blocks in our college, one old and one new. B.Com classes are held in the new building, while for the rest of the courses, the classes are still held in the old block. There's just one canteen, one basketball court, and one open ground used mostly for playing cricket and football.

Faculty: Faculty members are good, and teaching is nice too. For the B.Com programme, there are around 12-14 faculty members in all. Students and faculty members maintain a healthy relationship at DCAC as students listen to them more often than not, and they too aren't that strict as well.

Other: Influx was the recent event where many influencers were invited. That's the only event I have witnessed at DCAC so far.

Good college experience with a lively atmosphere.

Placements: There are not many placements, but some are available. Professors provide a lot of guidance to students. There is not much placement support, and the placement rate is moderate, with maybe 50% of students getting placed. The highest package is around 9 LPA, while the lowest is 2.3 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is okay, neither very good nor very bad. It is average because the classrooms are very outdated, and the network does not work properly here. The outer infrastructure looks good, but the classrooms need improvement. The washrooms are cleaned, though.

Faculty: One thing I find important about B.Com. (Honours) is that the subjects are not a headache and are interesting. Faculty here is also good. They teach very well and ask us if we have any doubts. Teachers are polite and helpful. Professors never shout at students and are very frank about a lot of things.

Other: One thing I really like is the overall vibe of the college. The surroundings feel great. It is in a quiet place in South Delhi, so there are plenty of good places nearby to hang out. It is also a straight path from the metro. The campus is surrounded by construction metal sheets, so it is not crowded, and there is plenty of room to hang around.

Faculty is average, not good infrastructure, but they are working on it. So much bad playground.

Placements: Placement around 30 to 40 percent in commerce. The lowest package is 2 to 2.5 LPA, and the highest is 12 LPA. Companies are ICICI Bank, KPMG, and more. Roles like HR executive, sales, and marketing. Internship is on students who will focus on studies, they also do internship.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is bad and small. Wi-Fi is good. Labs are not there, classrooms are small, and library is also average. Food is hygienic. Water quality is bad. There is no hostel provided by college, we have to find nearby college hostel and PG. For medical, there is only a room, not much upgraded.

Faculty: Teacher is too good about teaching. Exams are just for preparation, no involvement in jobs. 37 percent is passing marks, and no difficulties in semester examination. There is strict checking, and no one can enter outside the college; everyone has to have the ID card.

Other: Principal did not let us enjoy the events, and I choose this course because I just don’t know.

Review of Delhi College of Arts and Commerce.

Placements: Out of 300 students, around 120 got placed. The highest package is 12 LPA. The lowest is 3.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are EY, KPMG, and D-Hanguard. Many students got internships, even paid internships, through the annual flagship event Agaaz.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is average. Library is good. Classrooms are decent. The seminar rooms and port hall are very good and modern. There is no hostel in Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, but there is support for sports now especially football is becoming very good at DCAC.

Faculty: Professors at Delhi College of Arts and Commerce are highly qualified. Most of them have a Ph.D., and they speak and give lectures very well. Some of them are very pathetic, and some are good. They teach very well and try to complete the whole curriculum without rushing.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the infrastructure, but the college crowd is good.

Placements: Approximately 50-60 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 24 LPA and that's more than enough. I think McKinsey does hire, but I don't know when it does and it might be frequent. The placement does usually place people well, and to be honest, this college is one of the better ones.

Infrastructure: I mean, not to shame them but the college is unusually small, like, genuinely, it is close to like just 100-200 m and it genuinely feels like a school. The canteen is good though, the only saving factor for the college, I guess. Nobody plays sports here.

Faculty: The teachers are okay but the only thing that might be ragging. The whole thing back might be them cancelling classes randomly so it might be weird to a fresher ki like there aren't many classes being taken and it genuinely feels like you wasted a day.

A good college but with limited faciities.

Placements: I am a B.Com programme student of 2024-25 batch. There were 60 students in my batch. Around 60 to 70% of students got placed. The highest package offered by companies was 12 LPA, and the average package was around 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies include Deloitte, KPMG, EY, and various other companies. Around 40-50% of students got internships in various CA firms or Delhi University official internships. The top role offered by companies to students was Data Analyst.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of the college were not good. The Wi-Fi network was very slow, and they were not setting up a new Wi-Fi. There were only three or four labs, which affected the availability of seats, sometimes in exams or regular classes. The classrooms were average, like other colleges. The library was good, but there was a problem with Wi-Fi and a poor internet connection. Our college did not offer hostel facilities.

Faculty: The faculty of the college was very good. They taught in a very good way, and they were very helpful. The curriculum was relevant, but the college or a course does not make you ready for the industry. For industry exposure, you have to work hard on yourself, developing skills that are beneficial for you. The semester exams were not difficult. If you have properly submitted your assignment and have taken tests for every subject, you don't need to be afraid because in the final exam, you have to obtain a minimum of 40 percent.

Other: I chose this course only because I wanted to pursue MBA. The best thing about my course was that it builds a base for accounting and laws, which is good for your professional exam. I think rather than learning theoretical knowledge, we have to focus more on practical. The events at college were very bad. The college fest was not good. The crowd at the college was decent.
