A clear look inside DCTM college.
Placements: Approximately 90 percent students are placed every year from my course. The lowest package was 5LPA and the highest package was around 27 LPA. Average package is 7-8 LPA. TCS and Infosys are top recruiting companies. Internship programs are not much focused but still around 40 percent students get internship. We can get a role of software developed.
Infrastructure: There are multiple classrooms for different activities. Many labs like computer lab, Physics lab, workshop, library etc. Hostel and campus is huge. Quality of food is also nice. There are many grounds for sports and games like basketball, football, cricket and volleyball.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and quite expert in their fields. They are highly qualified and have years of experience. They are also very friendly. Many curriculum activities are conducted for the growth of the students to make them ready for industry. Semester exams are moderate difficult. Around 70 percent students got passed.
Other: I like to work with technology that is why I chose this course. More opportunities for internships will make this experience better. Multiple fests and events are conducted yearly. Many scholarships are available.

Delhi College of Technology and Management is not a good college.
Placements: There's no placement cell in the college. There are no on-campus placements. Students have to go for off-campus opportunities on their own. The scenario for getting an internship is not different. Students have gotten good salary packages anyway. The highest salary package is 6 LPA to 8 LPA and almost 50% of the batch is placed.
Infrastructure: I'm a day scholar. The hostel is quite affordable, but the struggle to get a good meal is an issue. There is no Wi-Fi. Labs are fine. The canteen is inadequate. It is not open regularly. There is a good ground on which students can play volleyball, basketball, or cricket in their spare time.
Faculty: The faculty is helpful at times. Our batch spent their 2 years in COVID-locked down, and the teaching quality was not up to the mark. The course curriculum is relevant, but the college fails in making students industry-ready. Most of the students who get off-campus offers have to work really hard and sometimes have to get off-campus private training to achieve the same. Semester exams are not that hard if one studies the syllabus thoroughly. The college is affiliated with JC Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA. We have witnessed our problems not being addressed by the university at times. The university sometimes fails the students, and when the students appeal for a re-evaluation of the exam by filling in forms, students get the marks they deserve.
Other: I loved technology and hence chose the course. The best thing about the course is the fact that there are plenty of jobs available in the market. The course is quite good. The curriculum is good. It's being provided by the YMCA university. There has not been any event post COVID. There's been weekly STIC activity though to improve the soft skills of students. The place where the campus is located is pathetic. The campus crowd is arguably smaller. There are students who are provided scholarships by the state government.

Review of Delhi College of Technology and Management.
Placements: Around 25 students get placed. The highest salary package is 6 LPA. TCS offers placements with the top roles. Internships are also provided.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, classrooms are quite large, the sports and games are available. The quality of food in mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready.

I am dissatisfied because of faculty members and administration.
Placements: Around 10% of the students got placed by the college. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA, and the average salary package is around 1.5 LPA. Some students got placed in companies like Airtel & L&T, etc. Most of the companies come and go empty-handed because the skills required for the job were unsatisfactory.
Infrastructure: Facilities were not so good and the infrastructure was mediocre. There was no Wi-Fi available, and the mess service was available if you're a hostler. The sports ground is available and canteen facilities were also available. The college was situated in a remote area, and you have to walk about 2-3 km the main road to get to the college.
Faculty: Teachers were not knowledgeable except for a few. The college does not make you industry-ready. You have to take online courses or do internships on your own. You cannot depend on the college entirely. Semester exams are average. The college is affiliated with MDU and YMCA.
Other: I chose this course out of my passion. The administration can be better and student-friendly. Events and fest are done annually.

Satisfied with infrastructure and teaching quality.
Placements: The placement of our batch is not helping yet. But the placement for our senior batch is not so good. Only some students got placement from the college campus, which can be due to a lack of skills. And they are placed in small companies with a normal salary package.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi is available. Labs are well furnished and have all the important equipment, computer labs are my favorite one. The library has a huge collection of books, journals, etc. Sports and games events are organized as scheduled.
Faculty: The teaching quality of our college is too good. All the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. And the most important thing is that teachers are very helpful, they always ready to solve your queries and doubts. The student to faculty ratio is also good.

Faculty are quite good, but the college efforts day by day is decreasing to improve the facilities.
Placements: Campus placements at our college are not much good. Students get placed in good companies on their own capabilities, and teachers are very helpful. There are no placements for every department. Only the management department has good placements and students gets placed every year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite good. Many facilities are not available at our college as they advertise before admissions. Labs are not much good, as many types of equipment are not available. Classrooms are quite good, and there are no medical facilities. There are no sports facilities for girls, and they invite the girls for playing at the last moment without any practice. Wi-Fi facility with only 20 Mb of data per day is provided to the students. The quality of food provided in the hostel vary every time, so we need to complain every time. Hostel for girls is not much good as a single room is provided for 4 girls.
Faculty: Teachers are very much helpful. But not every teacher has good practical knowledge and skills. There is a lack of teachers in every department and also not well qualified. Sometimes teachers do not get their salaries, and this may be the reason teachers get changed in every semester. There is a lack of HODs in some departments.
Other: Events and extracurricular activities are very good at our college, but they won't spend much money on them, that why the campus crowd is not there.

Money freindly college for engineering.
Placements: The placements were neither that good nor that bad. Yes, a low number of students were placed actually. As per the interviewers, the number of job-ready students was low and that was the reason many of the students were not given the job. So, placements are good but not up to the mark.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good but lacks many things for a college student ( you might not get to enjoy as there are lesser vacant areas in the campus) The classrooms and labs are alright. There's time to time dispute for quality of mess food. The mess department keeps changing as a reason.
Faculty: The teachers are good and keep supporting likewise. There are colleges near the college providing a competitive environment. The community is quite helpful. The course is that of the YMCA. We get industry exposure occasionally. The deserving students take part in Hackathons and other competitions in Bits Pilani, and Galgotia university too.

Not the best colleg, but an okay one to achieve your dreams.
Placements: The placement opportunities in this college are not so good. However, the college has tie-ups with a bunch of small companies. It is upon the student if he wants to go for the interview or not. Students are informed well before the time of the interviews. If a student has a good GPA then they will be eligible to get jobs in well-reputed companies. The average salary package is INR 4 lacs. The package also depends upon the student's interview and communication skills.
Infrastructure: The college has a decent campus with wi-fi connectivity. The labs are well-equipped with the motive of sole purpose. The college has a well-maintained library. The campus doesn't have many academic blocks. The campus is huge with lavish greenery. It has a nice playground with well-maintained basketball and volleyball courts. For food, the campus has a nice cafeteria. The infrastructure is not the best neither the worst.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful. They use a modern method of presentations as well as the classic method of books. Most of them are available for the students and put efforts so that the students understand the concepts. They are willing to help the students in every single way possible. Some faculty members are Ph.Ds in their subjects. Attendance is a very important aspect and teachers are very strict about it.
