I am satisfied with the teachers and supportive faculty.

Placements: The students who get above 60% marks get the admission. The highest package of this college is 10LPA and the lowest is 3LPA. Almost 100% of students got the internship at many MNC companies. In our course, they offer many specializations like AI, ML, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, and many more.

Infrastructure: They have good rooms and good faculty members too. They have good rooms for different classes and branches. For techno classes, they have a fully AC seminar hall. For EGD class, they have a good room with a good teacher. For Physics class, they have a good Physics lab and many more rooms.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very qualified and they are very helpful in solving doubts in all subjects. Their course is based on the syllabus of DCRUST Murthal because this college is affiliated with this government university. The college semester exam is average, and all the students can get passed easily.

Other: I have chosen this course to get a good job. This course is so good that I have many options in it, and I can go into multiple fields. This college has most of the fests and functions like Garba, New Year, and all.

IITM MURTHAL -The College NOT to Prefer.

Placements: Average placement opportunities, does't really stand a chance in giving placement opportunities and if someone is saying that the college provides 100% placement opportunities than he/she are telling lie. Even the companies that are coming to provide opportunities are not many, there are 3-4 companies only that are coming everytime.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college differs from place to place. Classrooms are good and well ventilated. Library has a really poor Ventilation facility anyone will get exhausted sitting over there. The canteen is really poor in terms of everything, forget about sports the college does't give you a single unit of any sports gear.

Faculty: All the faculty members are not good. Some are good and some have really bad teaching method. Some teachers will try to solve your problems and some will do only that what they want to do, they really do not have any concern towards students. The syllabus is good enough and time for completion is also good.

Other: No fests or events will be organised by the institution. Only fresher and farewell parties are organised apart from that forget about any cultural or techno fests. Campus crowd is really very bad, Some students will abuse you without any reason, they just want to do fight with students when they want. Many fights had taken place in front of my eyes but the college will not take a single step towards it. Many students got badly injured in these fights.

Rising education and placement.

Placements: There are good placements with the best opportunity. They try to always give the best placements. They always help for placements to their students. They conduct a job fair where all students take part, and reputed organisations come and hire the students with good packages.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. They provide all the facilities for playing. There is a ground, and for badminton, there is a proper place. They have computer labs. Communication labs are also available, and also a library in which nearly 3000 books are available. A cafeteria is also there where they serve different cuisines.

Faculty: The faculty are good and always try to help us. They have good knowledge and also provide the best guidance. They also provide the best course curriculum where they suggested what to do, or what not to do. They are all very kind hearted and always available for students.

Other: In every 3 months of cycle, they organise an event just like LAN gaming, quiz, sports meet every year.

This is the most helpful review.

Placements: The placements are not good. In my batch and my senior batch, only 30% of the students got placements. The highest salary offered was 2.3 LPA which is also very low. Genpact visited the campus. The placement cell is present, but it is not up to the mark.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good. The classrooms, library and sports facilities are present. The cafeteria is quite spacious, but the quality of food is average. I have never faced any power-cut issues. During summer it is difficult to study because AC is not present in the classrooms.

Faculty: The faculty members are very good and well-qualified. The faculty rooms are present on every floor because of which one can interact with teachers in case of any difficulty. The teaching method is ordinary. We don't get any industry exposure yet. The curriculum is average because it only focuses on theory part.

Other: The campus crowd is not good. The campus surroundings are pretty nice because of the presence of a lot of food outlets.

Each and everything is good in this college, except placements.

Placements: In this college, the placement is not very good. The companies give lesser packages and select very few students through placements. The companies visiting the campus are fewer in number. Somewhere, the placement department disappoints the students by providing fewer opportunities to the students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very good and nice. It is very spacious, and various kinds of the event take place. The library in this college is very big and provides all the books to the students. The computer labs and other labs have all the equipment available.

Faculty: The computer science faculty are very good and supportive. They are very cooperative with the students and provide great knowledge to the students. The course curriculum is hard, but faculty makes it easier to learn and prepare well for the future.

Other: Various kinds of events take place in this college. Each trade conducts its own event and provides great participation of students.

The true review of IITM college.

Placements: The placements were good for my batch and the senior batch. Almost, 60% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered was 3.5 lacs per annum and the lowest salary offered was 1.3 LPA. The companies like Genpact, HCL visited the campus. The placement cell is present but not effective.

Infrastructure: All kinds of facilities such as a library, sports, labs, classrooms are available on the campus. The labs and the classrooms are of good quality. The food available in the canteen is of average quality. The hostel rooms are good and comfortable. I had not faced any issues with the infrastructure.

Faculty: The faculty members are good and well-qualified. The teaching method is ordinary, and the quality of teaching is average. We do not get any industry exposure. The curriculum is good, but it more focuses on theory, not on the practicals. This is the only problem I have faced with the curriculum. No fests and events take place in this college. The campus crowd is average, and the campus surroundings are good.

Fewer placements and cheap to study.

Placements: 10-20% students are placed. If you are a hard-working student, you will get selected, and I am yet to be selected because I haven't entered the final year. I won't recommend for placement. It is a less than decent college. Although placement of CSE seems decent, don't expect much in other branches.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi. The labs are just normal, and the classrooms are non-AC, and the library is good though. The canteen is decent and has fewer varieties on the menu because of the low crowd in the college. Parking facility is available, but overall, it is just decent infrastructure but not up to expectations.

Faculty: Some teachers are brilliant, and some are so poor that they aren't able to even clear the syllabus. Self-study is our only option. There are few industrial visits every year but are not of much help. The student-faculty ratio is 20:1 Courses offered are in a wide range. Teaching method mostly used is class and board method.

Other: Grandprix is the sports event. A techfest is organised. LAN gaming is also present. The campus is on NH-1 and has good connectivity to Delhi, Sonipat and Panipat from Murthal.

Good faculty and labs but really poor placements

Placements: Placements are not up to the mark in the college. There is a very low possibility of getting placements from the college. Last year, companies like HCL and Accenture came for a drive but this time, there were hardly 2 (I really don't remember their names) and their pay scale was low as well. So, if you want a placement or are looking for placements after engineering, then this college is not for you.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in classrooms and none of the classrooms have working AC. Because I am in the CS stream student, I spent most of my time in the computer lab which is really good with high-speed Internet, well-configured systems, proper connectivity and fully AC labs. If you are interested in tech events like LAN gaming and code war, you can organize them too. Talking about the canteen, it is like a nightmare honestly and is one of the worst canteens I have ever seen. But due to the college location i.e. Murthal, popular spots are at a walkable distance from the college.

Faculty: The faculty team is really supportive and helpful and there is no such issue of attendance and all. They do have the knowledge about their respective subjects and you can ask them for any query anytime. Most of the lectures are held in the classroom itself. You will even feel like you are in school due to continuous lectures. The course curriculum is same as other colleges.
