DIPSAR Admission Process 2025
Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research admissions are offered offline. However, aspirants do require applying for the preferred course only in the online mode on the university's website. The admission process includes registration, release of merit list, seat allotment and fee payment. Below is step-wise DIPSAR admission process:
STEP 1: DIPSAR Application Process 2025
Candidates have to fill out the DIPSAR application form on the university's website (DPSRU). Aspirants have to pay an application fee of INR 1,000 to apply for the preferred course. The payment of fee can be done via any of the online payment modes. Aspirants applying for MPharm must also submit GPAT score while filling out the form.
STEP 2: Release of Merit List
The institute releases a merit list based on qualifying exam scores of the candidates for BPharm, BPharm (LE), DPharm and MSc. For MPharm, the institute considers both GPAT and qualifying exam scores of the candidates. However, the first preference is given to GPAT-qualified candidates. Aspirants can check the merit list on the official website of DPSRU.
STEP 3: Counselling & Seat Allotment
Aspirants are called one by one as per the merit list. The seats are allotted to candidates based on their qualifying exam or entrance test scores. In case the seat is acceptable to candidates, they need to then report at the campus for document verification. Shortlisted aspirants need to pay the DIPSAR fee to confirm their seat.

- BPharm/ BPharm (Ayurveda) marksheet (for MPharm)
- GPAT scorecard (for MPharm)
- BSc Biomedical Science/ Clinical Research/ BPharm/ BDS/ BPT/ BSc Nursing/ MBBS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BPharm (Ayurveda) marksheet (for MSc)
- Migration Certificate
- Provisional Certificate from the school last attended
- Proof of gap period, if any after passing Class 12
- Character Certificate from the school last attended
- Medical Certificate from a medical practitioner holding a degree not below MBBS
- Two passport-size photographs (unattested, colored)
- Acknowledgment slip
- Caste Certificate
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC candidates, issued on or after April 1, 2025 from a competent authority from Delhi
- A copy of Aadhaar Card
- Anti-Ragging Undertaking & Anti-Drug Certificate
DIPSAR Fees & Seats 2025
The total fee of DIPSAR includes various components such as tuition fee, deposits, student welfare, university examination fee, etc. Aspirants have to pay the deposit only once at the time of admission. The tuition fee is paid semester-wise for most of the programmes. Aspirants applying for hostels need to pay the hostel fee.
The university does not refund the fee (except caution money) after the candidates have joined the course or within the month of taking admission or whichever is later. The fee refund at the time of admission or during the course is as per the UG norms. Below is the DIPSAR fee and seat intake:

DIPSAR Seat Reservation 2025
The institute reserves 85% of seats in BPharm (LE) for candidates who have passed DPharm and 15% for students from the institute in and outside Delhi. For MPharm, 15% of the total seats are filled by non-Delhi candidates with a valid GPAT score. Remainning 85% is filled by graduates passed out from Delhi colleges/ universities with a valid GPAT score. Out of the 85% seats of Delhi category, 70% seats are given to DIPSAR/ DPSRU candidates and the remainning 15% is reserved for Delhi non-DPSRU candidates from NCT of Delhi.

Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research offers admission to all courses based on the qualifying exam scores of the candidates. Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research has specified age requirement for MPharm and MSc in Clinical Research programmes. Age of the candidates should be more than 21 years on or before Dec 31, 2025 for MPharm programme. Besides, the age of the aspirants should be more than 20 years on or before Dec 31, 2025 for MSc in Clinical Research programme.

Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research does not refund any fee (except caution money) after the aspirants have joined the course or within the month of taking admission or whichever is later. The fee refund at the time of admission or during the programme is as per the UG norms. Student must make claim, if any for refund of caution fee within three-years of completion of the programme along with original receipt, else the fee will be forfeited and returned to Government account.
