Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Batch of 2023

It is the best college.
Placements: The placement and job opportunities are strong due to our efficient placement cell. There are 222 candidates from the batch appearing for placements. Out of these, 236 job offers were made, resulting in an average salary of INR 17.04 lakhs per annum. A total of 60 position offers, accounting for 27.6% of the batch, were extended, marking a 58% increase compared to the previous year. Additionally, there were 71 offers made for lateral placements.
Infrastructure: Course curriculum is a bit outdated, but professors bring lots of new topics for discussion pedagogy is also a bit outdated, because lots of other MBA institutes have an innovative style of teaching. Some of the courses were offered in specific campuses, hence creating a lot of convenience for students to travel to different campuses. Hostel rooms and furniture beds are very well maintained, and the mess is very cleanly maintained by the hostel team members. Staff are also very friendly, feel like a home.
Faculty: Lectures were so tentative and made of importance, as the faculty regularly used to bring various articles that were new to me. Per every semester, we used to have a specific lecture say as per 40 lectures with a management quiz and a project. Faculty used to keep every student up to date to face industry challenges, as it helps to prepare for an internship too. No complaints for faculty in this college as to preparing students for the future, as they play a predetermined role. Internals, mid-exams, semester exams, and practical exam lab exams are conducted professionally.

In the college, admission is based on the MHT CET examination.
Placements: From 3rd semester, we become eligible for campus placement. HDFC Bank, Ramada Hotel, Torrent, Sun Pharma, Lenskart are the few companies. The highest package was 100,000 and the average package is 250,000. Any student can get placement if they are smart enough, but the minimum is 5 CGPA. After getting the degree, I'll go for interviews.
Infrastructure: The annual fest named QUASARS was conducted in the months of January or February, usually! It used to be conducted on the college ground at a grand level! Sports and all other activities were also included. Prizes were distributed as per academic and extracurricular performance! Tech fests were conducted in the month of September right before the 2nd sem exams to brainstorm with students and give them recognition in the institute! I was not at all happy with my library facility! We were provided with course books only, and that too wasn't available in ample supply! I could barely get a book during my exam days because it never used to be available! Classrooms were quite spacious and had good ventilation, but we always had to switch classrooms if the lecture had to be conducted with a presentation because of the availability of network connectivity! Again, I had a very bad experience with sports in my institute!
Faculty: The faculty to student ratio is 10 to 150, including both BBA and MBA. Sir Vipin Mishra is my faculty member; he gives us insights into the corporate world and gives us motivation. Madam Denchokey is my least favorite; she's kind of biased towards students from Sikkim. There is one cycle test, and the other marking is based on assignments and presentations. Lastly, we have the semester exam. There are fewer students who fail to clear the exam—maybe 2 to 4 students.

Supportive faculty members, access of the computer labs for learning.
Placements: Placement Experience: Yes, the college arranges various training and development sessions before placements in order to prepare well and be ready for the interview. DIEMS has been the first college in Aurangabad to facilitate and groom students to help them achieve their goals. I completed my internship with Kotak Mahindra Bank; this was a major turning point for me as I was completely prepared by my faculty members and various trainers who were there to train us free of cost. The complete cost was borne by the college and the Trustees. These companies have a recruitment policy that includes Group Discussions, Aptitude Tests, HR Rounds, and Final Interviews. The Institute made many efforts to ensure that as many students as possible get their dream job. Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, TCS, Siemens, Oppo, WNS, Varroc, Red Hat, Dhoot Transmission, Haier, and Wipro are some of the companies involved. More than 80% of students get placed every year, and this number continues to increase.
Infrastructure: Hostel Facilities: Hostel facilities are good with very low charges. The meal quality is excellent. For registration, you have to fill out and submit forms. The locality of the college is very good. The college is situated 1 km from the railway station and 3 km from the bus stand; all the offices and government institutions are in this area.
Faculty: Course Curriculum Overview: Yes, it was very helpful as the curriculum and exam structure were designed in such a way that students learn at each level of their course. We had 4 semesters with projects and mini-projects, presentations, surveys, and guest lectures from various renowned industrialists. This was a major aspect that helped students socialize and learn about the experiences of professionals from various fields. Internals are conducted to assess how well students are learning from the course. This college helped many students who came from very poor backgrounds, groomed them, and now they are working in highly professional roles. Class Size: 180 Course Fees: INR 70,000 per year

DIEMS, Aurangabad- all in one college.
Placements: Placements at our college were good. More than 70% of the students in our class get placed. Packages offered depend on interviews and skills; the average package is 4 lacs per annum. Regional companies and MNC companies participate in on-campus hiring. We were offered an internship in our second year, and the stipend is determined by the interview. The roles offered are associate manager and analyst.
Infrastructure: College is big; we have a combination of various colleges in one college 11th, 12th to BCA engineering—all courses offered by Deogiri. We have a combined campus for all colleges, including combined ground in front of our building. No Wi-Fi is available even though we do not have mobile networks in classrooms due to jammers placed in college everywhere. Hostel facilities are good, but the food is average; sometimes it is the worst.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly as well as strict at the same time; in terms of study and attendance, they are very serious. That is good for our future. Courses include major projects in the final semester; we prepare projects in groups and individually. It gives us an edge in the interview. Exams are very hard.

An innovative institute and always try something new for the students.
Placements: The placement cell of our college always connects with companies HR employees by calling them for a guest lecture, which helps us to get more opportunities. At least, 75% candidates are placed every year. The college finds out or contacts with the companies as per the student's requirements which is the best part of the college.
Infrastructure: Very good facilities are available at the campus, as the college received NAAC A grade this year for excellence in teaching as well as infrastructure. There are separate canteen, broad parking, large sports ground, securities, and good housekeeping system are appointed which help the institute to be neat and clean.
Faculty: I am pursuing MBA in finance. The faculty for the subjects are good. I will give 3 out of 5 rating, and the course curriculum is under the guidance of Principle Shiurkar sir because he is always innovative which helps us to develop required skills for a job such as business analytics course and advance excel.
Other: Deogiri annually quasars of various engineering and management department has greats events which promote every student to participate in gathering such event like Flash Mob, State day, various competition, etc. All government scholarship is available here.

This college is worth to take admission to learn and then to earn.
Placements: This college provides a good placement facility for the students, and mega job fairs also happen at places at times. Placement for my batch was quite good, and around 40-50% were placed on the campus itself. It depends on the scores and the knowledge of the students. The salary offered was as high as Rs. 3.5 lakhs per annum to as low or an average package of Rs. 1.8 lakhs per annum. Also, companies like Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Infosys, Man Diesel, Asian Paints, Eclerx and more such companies have visited the campus. Many students also got internships in Dhoot Transmission and in Videocon for the training and learning purpose with a stipend of less than Rs. 10,0000 per month. This college also has a placement cell for the students.
Infrastructure: This college infrastructure is quite good, and one can feel good while studying in this college. Also, there is a free Wi-Fi in the college. Labs here are neat and clean and are managed well to learn, experiment, and do the projects. The classrooms facilities are good with comfortable benches and chairs to sit. Also, digital projectors are there for the updated use of the technology in every classroom. The canteen food is not that worth, but its okay.
Faculty: Experienced teachers are there who are very helpful and qualified for their role and has a very good knowledge of the teaching, and solving problems and queries if so appears. Also, industrial visits are there for each batch or classroom every year, sometimes nearby or some time out of the city for learning and projects purpose. The course curriculum is always useful for studies and career too.
Other: Many events, food fest and other fest are there every year. This college also organises sports, blood donations and others camps too. There are also cultural activities along with dance and singing fests in the college, at specific intervals. Also, the college campus is surrounded by a great environment and peaceful air. It also has a big sports grounds.

The best college with highly educated staff.
Placements: The placements were good. The package offered was about 5 lakhs per year, so selecting the students was on high-level, and no one faced any type of problem in selection. The lowest package offered is three lakhs per annum. Viva was taken. 60 percent students of the class were selected in the interview.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi signal in every building of the college. The labs and classrooms are big, and all equipment are there with highly educated staff. Handmade food is there in the canteen as well as fast food, though they give more attention to handmade food. The hostel rooms are good, provided with good facilities. They are big, and the room partners are coordinating. The infrastructure of the college is the best, it's highly equipped with good quality of furniture and greenery.
Faculty: The faculty were full of knowledge, and if we are not getting anything in studies, they were keen to help us. Teaching is very interactive with the students, and it's like give and take. Notes are given after every lecture. Students cooperated with the teachers very well. The course was good. We were taken to the industries for the field visit.

Good placement, awesome infrastructure, projects and other curriculum activity.
Placements: Good placement is offered in Bajaj and is a good education. The placement is fixed in the multinational companies. The campus interview is a good scope in the city and the companies. The education allows a good placement in the multinational companies.
Infrastructure: A good, neat and clean surrounding with an awesome infrastructure and there is a Wi-Fi facility enabled us. The labs are good enough. The library is good as compared to another curriculum. The classroom is well deserved to the campus. Many of the good facilities are inbuilt. The medical section is good. The sports is the major way of fitness in our college.
Faculty: The faculty members are good and helpful inbox to work with us. And the ways they disperse the knowledge is terrible. The method of teaching is just superb, and the industry exposure will add the same to me. The course curriculum is useful for gathering information such as in the dark knight rises the frog is just a few minutes.
Other: The college is the best place to stay in touch with the information contained in this creepy piece of the day. And the infrastructure is great, and the crowd of the college is also good. The teachers are good, and the principal is great.
