For SC category, just a nominal fee of around 2000 or less is applicable. 92 percentile is enough if your home university is pune itself.

Actually the criteria is such that you have to apply during the next year during filling of DTE forms for MHCET MBA, your score will be considered if it's fulfilling their stipulated deadline.

PUMBA has good faculty for operations as well as good placements for the same. Average package is around 5 LPA so you can join PUMBA if this package fits into your expectations. I cannot comment on what is being offered in Welingkar but surely

Hello. Both college are good as far as placement is concerned but PUMBA will provide you better return on your investment.
