Satisfied enough with this college. I totally recommend students to join this college.

Placements: Sociology course has a lot of roles and it provide roles depending on the person what they want. About 60 out of 100 students get internships and about 64 out of 100 students got placed in our course. As of now, there are no top companies in Nagaland for students pursuing Sociology.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are great. It provides great accommodation and food. Although there is a need for Wi-Fi. College facilities are better. It has Wi-Fi, great classrooms, and a great library. For games and sports, there is a great spot. For college, the information however is to be given at the 11th hour.

Faculty: The course is great. Teachers are professional. There is a good teacher-student ratio. There are understanding and adjustable teachers. Semester exams are easy. The course curriculum is very much relevant and it makes students industry-ready. The pass percentage is 37%.

Other: I chose it because my ambition drove me. I would not change anything about it.

An honest review about DGC.

Placements: Though I'm not very well aware of the job placement opportunities provided by our college, however, we are made aware of the scheme about various jobs through seminars and posters. Such seminars have encouraged students to try out fields which may be of their interests.

Infrastructure: Some classrooms are small and not enough for all students to fit in. The Wi-Fi is not accessible to all students. The mess of the main hostel is quite good compared to other hostels. The hostel being within the campus is one of its advantages. The hostel is quite affordable compared to other hostels.

Faculty: The faculty of our college is the best thing about the college. They are very qualified as they are selected only through competitive exams held by the state. Only 2 internal tests are conducted per semester. The curriculum is quite flexible and average.

Other: The best thing about the college will be the faculty and the affordability of the college.

A review about my college DGC.

Placements: As far as I know, our college doesn't provide any placement after graduation; however, they do conduct seminars where we are made aware of the opportunities that might be of interest for us. All these seminars have helped us in deciding the way we would like to take after graduation or before.

Infrastructure: Some classrooms are small and it is quite difficult to fit a number of students inside them. The auditorium is also small to fit all the students. The hostel is quite good. The mess is good as compared to other hostels. Though there is no access to Wi-Fi, other than that, it is good.

Faculty: The curriculum is quite flexible. With the new FYGUP, it has become even more flexible, getting the students to cope with their routine. The exams are conducted in a fair manner and the gaps between the exams are also quite reasonable. Tests are conducted twice a semester.

Other: Fests are conducted once a year and it is quite fun. There are not a lot of extracurricular activities.

Dimapur Government College review.

Placements: I'm not fully aware of the placement opportunities at my college. As far as I know, there are none. Still our college holds many seminars that make us aware of job opportunities in sectors that might interest us.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure at Dimapur Government College are improving these days as some developments are taking place. The hostel is quite good and affordable, and the mess is also quite good as compared to other hostels. Wi-Fi is available at the college but it is not accessible to everyone.

Faculty: The faculty at this college are experienced and knowledgeable, and they were selected through a competitive exam so there is no doubt about their qualifications. The course curriculum is flexible and if we study well, it should be easy to pass with good marks.

Other: It is quite affordable. The college has a good environment with very good faculty members.

Really good environment for quality education .

Placements: Im not sure about other people but if you focus on your course well and dedicated then you are very likely to get good job placement in your desired field, about 80 people were in my course, it was a 6 semester course offered during my time, its a good college to take any course u want in, unordered to perfect it.

Infrastructure: Yes, great for students who stays far away but wants to study from dimapur government college, they provide, the hostel environment feels like home with good and responsible wardens, with good curriculum and rules within the hostel environment and good and healthy meals.

Faculty: Yes, excellent lecturers, teachers, with good teaching skills, will definitely help the students to be ready for their future and be able to under well too, the semester exams were according to our intellectual level so if you studied well then its easy it not its hard.

Other: Great meaningful events, creative and hardworking student council, with good teachers that are well educated?

Absolutely recommended to students.

Placements: 55 students are there in the class of English department All the packages are same since it's a government college Depends on the course All the students of 5th semester became interns on the course which they were interested at. Those courses have helped the students in experiencing real world.

Infrastructure: The hostel I live in is private. The admission fees is 5000 for one year and monthly fees are 5000 as well The fooding is quite ok too The hostel rooms are good too, water and electricity 24/7 The library in the college contains books which are there in the syllabus.

Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful, students can approach them without being hesitant Yes it helps students in different ways one such example is giving presentation in the class which helps overcome their stage fright and prepare then for the future.

Other: As a student who loves reading novels, plays and poems I thought choosing literature and this course will be beneficial for me. Sports and competitions are held Infrastructure could be improved for arts bloc.

Satisfied by the faculty and facilities and placementd

Placements: The most common course offered is pol. Sc and history, almost each departments have a total of about 100 students in each batch. However the other courses like engliish, philosophy, psychology etc, are not that common as compared to the first two courses.

Infrastructure: The infra at the moment is a bit dull as it's undergoing it's construction, efforts are also being made to promote digital based learning. The canteen also provides a variety of food for the students and the faculty to ensure a healthy and good day.

Faculty: The lecturers are all highly educated and never refuses to help the students. Besides the relevance of the course curriculum also helps the students in retaining their interests. The courses are all relevant and this really makes the students industry ready.

Other: The pol. Sc course that I took up was to make me aware of my rights and freedoms ,and to contribute to the welfare of the whole society by knowing and letting know people know about their rights as well. My batch mates are very friendly and outspoken .
