A good college which I would recommend to others.
Placements: All the students who scored above 7 points were placed. It depends on which company or government job they get.
70% of students get internships at companies.
The top roles offered are A-grade officers. Last year, around 10 to 15 seniors got placed in APSC.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by our college on campus include unlimited Wi-Fi and a large library with more than 20,000 books from all around the world, which covers almost all types of books.
The hostel facilities are quite good but they are limited so it will be good to enroll as soon as possible.
Faculty: The professors are very helpful; they are always ready to take classes and help us understand anything we ask on the phone or in class. The curriculum is very much relevant and it will prepare for the future hurdles that are to come in the near future. The semester exams are moderate.
Other: I chose geography at Nowgong College because it is the best college near my home and can give me good knowledge about my major.

Our college is average for students.
Placements: In this college, there are no placements in B.A. There are few placements, so you can study discipline for better jobs.
Infrastructure: Our campus is good and huge. This college provides maximum important courses. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The exam hall is average. It is not comfortable for students because classrooms and hall rooms are old. Some rooms are good. Air-conditioners are available in the rooms.
Faculty: Teachers available in the exam halls are good, but some teachers are not understanding students' emotions. Master degree course is not recommended for all because it is average.
Other: Events are good in this college.

It provides quality education with good infrastructural facilities.
Placements: About 90% of students were placed and got above-average packages. The majority of students are placed in colleges or universities such as Jamiya Milia Islamiya University, Gauhati University, and others as guest faculty or assistant professors.
Infrastructure: There were various infrastructural facilities like free Wi-Fi, geo informatics lab, science lab, smart classroom, library, basketball court, Indore stadium, cafeteria, hostel, gym, auditorium, seminar hall, etc. Both boys' and girls' hostels are available with good quality food and all kinds of facilities like electricity, water supply, etc.
Faculty: Professors were helpful and friendly. The college provides great quality education with skilled teachers. All teachers were NET qualified, doing research, and Ph.D. holders. The curriculum was interesting, helpful, and prepared students for life in the future. Semester exams were a bit difficult. If you study properly, you can get good marks. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to study geography and explore myself in the field of earth sciences. The course helps you get theoretical as well as practical experience. Some things should be improved, like focusing more on GIS and RS or digital cartographic techniques. The campus was eco-friendly and the surroundings were covered by trees. There were several events organised, like Independence Day, Republic Day, NSS events, freshman social, farewell, and establishment day. After joining here, it will become a second home for students. NC is an emotion for its students.
