College placements are not satisfactory.

Placements: In our senior batch, 70 to 80% of students were placed. The highest package was 12 LPA, and the average package was 6 LPA. More than 20 companies participated in the hiring process, with HCL, Tech Mahindra, Eaton, and Birlasoft among the top companies. Internships are given, but they are project task-based unpaid internships from Oasis Infobyte. Roles we got after the course are Data Analyst and Data Scientist.

Infrastructure: College campus is big, different colleges in one campus. Our college building was recently built, with Wi-Fi available in the library and hostel. Classrooms are big, and they have projectors. Hostel facilities are good, but it feels more, mess food is good, but I suggest the canteen's food is better. We have a big sports ground in which different sections for cricket, football, basketball are provided separately.

Faculty: Faculty members are always ready to help us. Apart from studies, they organize many visits and events. Recently, we had a visit to ISRO, which was a great experience. MGM university rules are applied to us; they conduct exams and provide the curriculum. Data Science is an emerging technology; it definitely makes us industry-ready. The semester duration is 4 months, and exams start in the 5th month.

Other: College is near to my locality, so I chose it. Mess food quality definitely needs improvement.

Good journey in GY Pathrikar college of CS IT.

Placements: From the 2023 recession, getting a job in IT became more challenging, but colleges tried their hardest to bring in companies for placements. 50% of the class got jobs, but more students ended up in intern roles. I secured a job at Cravita Technologies as an AWS intern with an average package of 4 LPA. Five students were placed in MNCs, while the rest were placed at startups.

Infrastructure: The college is newly built, and our campus is very big. Each department has its own lab with all computers in working condition. Wi-Fi is not available. The classrooms are good, but projectors are present in specific classrooms only. I do not like the hostel; it has small rooms, and the mess food is bad. Instead, I decided to live in a PG.

Faculty: Teachers are good, but they lack experience in teaching and don't understand students' mentality. They only give assignments and practical write-ups. MGM declared university designs our curriculum. They assign various domains in groups, promoting diversity in the IT industry. Exams are moderate in difficulty.

Other: We do not get any government scholarship.

Best IT College in Marathwada region.

Placements: Mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and Cognizant hire us at 3–4 LPA. The lowest salary is offered by SAS Technology at 15,000 per month. In the class, 50% of students get jobs. No internships are given by the college; we have to hunt for them ourselves. In the 2023 batch, placements are the worst in the last five years.

Infrastructure: The college is newly built and well-maintained. Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere, but it has some search restrictions. There are more than 60 computers in the computer lab. Hostels are available on campus with 24*7 security and CCTV. The mess food is moderate in taste and quality. In sports events, cricket, football, kabaddi, volleyball, and basketball matches take place.

Faculty: Teachers understand students, and they are most helpful. The course curriculum is from MGM University, but one issue is that we cannot get any scholarships from DBT for this college. MGM University is the youngest university, and the curriculum is designed by experts and professors at the college. Semester exams are held every 3–4 months, and they are moderately difficult.

Our college had good placements in 2017.

Placements: Around 10-20% of students got placed in our course. The salary package offered ranges between 5 LPA - 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. Around 40-50% of students got internships from our course. Top roles offered are data analyst, data engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The hostel facilities are above average. The food served in the mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities are available in our college.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. The teaching quality is good. They provide good knowledge. They make students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult, but with the help of teachers, exams become easy.

Other: Many sports and events are held in our college.

There is no specific cutoff marks for this college but here are some information .To get admission in this college Candidates must have completed 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks.And there is also a Based on merit and personal interviews for admissions And there is no entrance test is required
