It is the best college under Shivaji University.

Placements: I am a student in the civil engineering department. In our college, 2 famous companies visited the campus for placements. They have selected 15 students. Capgemini selected 33 students and Ripples Pvt Ltd selected 32 students. Many companies are still visiting the campus for placements. The TPO of this college named Mr Touheed Mujawar sir is the vice-president of TPO association of Maharashtra.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not that good, but the college provides all the necessary facilities. Since this college only offers the engineering course, the campus is small here. Practical labs available here are good. Lift facility is also available on the campus. Wi-Fi facilities are also available. There is a big library available here. But the college lacks an auditorium.

Faculty: This college was established in 1992. So it has completed its 25 years successfully. This college is affiliated to Shivaji University. Faculty have lots of year experience. New faculty members available here also use new techniques. The academic history of this college is very good.

Other: Every department arranges different events every year. Other activities like sports are also conducted.

Faculty members of the college are good. Currently, it is the best regarding its placements.

Placements: More than 350 students from our college got placement in the year 2018. ACC and TCE were the main recruiting companies for civil engineers with an annual salary package of 4.5 LPA and 5.5 LPA respectively. This year, almost 9 students of the civil engineering department got placed in ACC with a salary package of 4 LPA, and many more will be joining them. JJMCOE is the best college regarding placements.

Infrastructure: Laboratories for the civil department are fully equipped, and the staff handling the practical sessions are also well experienced. But our sports ground is far away from our college, and there are little disappointments in case of sports and gymnasium. There is no boys hostel. Hostel facilities are provided only for girls. Boys usually rent a room. The quality of the food served in the mess is good. Classrooms are well equipped with a computer and projector.

Faculty: Teaching staff members at JJMCOE are praiseworthy with all faculty members having experience in both teaching and industry. Both the teaching and non-teaching staff comprises of more than 150 individuals who are very helpful. E-learning facilities are also available here. Teaching does get better with the use of modern gadgets. Each department has its mandatory industrial visits. We are also encouraged to involve in project-based learning.

Other: Apart from CESA and IOE, the college provides us with NSS (Nation Service Scheme), EDC (Entrepreneur Development Cell), SWSA (Social Welfare Students Association) and SORT (Students organisation for research and technology). Each department organises its own freshers' party and events. The central office provides all the information regarding scholarships and freeships. Wi-Fi network and internet connectivity are also provided by the college.

Other: Overall a good college but lacks in placement. Old Faculty have maintained their standards but the new faculty are not up to the mark. Many basic subject are underestimated at rudimentary level, which affect afterwards. Campus life is very good, it gives freedom to the students they seek. Bus facility is provided at comparatively very low cost.
