Feedback of my MBA experience.

Placements: There are different experiences for different students, but my placements experience was positive. I got placed in Prowess Buzz company and later switched to Flipkart. I know a lot of students who did not get job through placements. I think around 60% students got placed in the college. Deloitte is the top recruiter which hired a student as an Analyst with 7 Lacs package. Rarely any internships are offered by the college.

Infrastructure: Druva cultural and sports fest was conducted every year. Many competitions and activities are conducted by the college. The library and sports facilities are available along with a sports room, a football court, and a gym being available. I don’t know much about the hostel as I lived at my relative’s house, but many of my friends lived in flats and PGs having an average rent of 2k and the mess charges were 3.5k per month which is a bit affordable.

Faculty: Teachers are good, they are specially focused on average students as they know their true potentials. The teachers are mostly MBA qualified from IIMs, so they have a good exposure of topics and industries. I think the syllabus is too old as always and the curriculum is far behind of the actual industrial process. Semester exams consists of 30 marks of college exams and 70 marks of University exam.

Other: Many events like Ganesh Chaturthi, Gandhi Jayanti and other festivals are celebrated in the campus. We also celebrate our teachers’ birthdays.

Teachers were very supportive.

Placements: Our institute provides placements every year. Almost 40% of students get placements in MBAs. The highest placement package offered in our course was 16 LPA. The top recruiting companies were TCS, WIPRO, Tata Technologies, etc. The average package offered in an MBA is 4 LPA.

Infrastructure: The facilities available at our college are good. The infrastructure of the college is well developed. Classrooms at the college are big. The labs and libraries of our college are spacious. The college campus is secured with CCTV cameras. No one can enter the college campus without permission. The college has no hostel facility.

Faculty: The college faculty was average. Teachers were qualified and knowledgeable in the MBA department. The course curriculum of our college is relevant. Teachers are working hard for the students bright future. Exams at the college are tough to pass. The passing percentage in our course is 90%.
