Completely satisfied with the facilities and placements that were held last year. (2024)

Placements: Around 80 to 90% of students secure placement each year. The highest package offered is 20 LPA, the average package is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Deloitte, KPMG, Infosys, Accenture, and Amazon. Approximately 70 to 85% of students secure internships at companies like TCS, Cognizant, Oracle, IBM, and others. Top roles include project manager, financial analyst, marketing manager, and business development manager.

Infrastructure: Modern, well-maintained classrooms equipped with audiovisual tools and LCD projectors. Both physical and digital libraries feature vast collections of books. Computer labs offer Wi-Fi access. Facilities include a cafeteria and a sports complex. Hostels provide well-furnished rooms with attached bathrooms, study tables, and essential furniture. Hostels prioritize hygiene with daily cleaning, offer nutritious food with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, 24/7 medical services, and student security.

Faculty: Teachers are supportive and helpful in both academically and placement-related activities. All the teachers are knowledgeable and experienced in their respective fields with high-quality teaching. The best college of my life .

Placements: Our college has the finest placement cell. In our college, we have good placement provided by our college to the students of the final and last semester. Many reputed big companies visited our college, and many students of our college have gotten placed in good positions with an average package of INR 18 Lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: The hostel of our college is so good, as the rooms are so comfortable for living, and the rooms are daily cleaned by the hostel staff. If I talk about the mess, the food is so good, the menu changes every week, and we get healthy food.

Faculty: The MBA course is so good. I want to become a businessman, so I chose this course. Our college has good teaching management, and all the teachers are well educated; some of them are Ph.D. holders, and they use new teaching methods that we can easily understand. Every semester, the exams are conducted.

It is the best college to study in.

Placements: Our college provided good placements. Final-year students were eligible for placements. Recently big companies visited our college like TCS, Amazon, and many more. Students got placed in good roles in these companies with a good salary package of 27 LPA.

Infrastructure: Hostel facility provided in our college was good with good infrastructure. It provided two sharing rooms. Our college has a canteen that serves only vegetarian food and is maintained hygienically.

Faculty: Teachers provided in our college are good and highly qualified. Some of them are Ph.D. holders. Teaching method and explanation are good. Exams are conducted on time that are a bit hard to pass.

I made the best of friends in this college.

Placements: Placements are not good. They charge approximately 6.5 Lacs for the course. There is almost no support for job. The companies that come for placements are average or below average but mostly startups. Companies visit for sales and a few for finance but not much for HR. Only a few students from my batch and even my seniors got placed. Many students had to struggle a lot for jobs even after 4-5 months of completion of the course.

Infrastructure: The university hostel fees is around RS 10,000 whereas the hostel fees for NRI students is Rs 1,50,000. As compared to the price of the hostel, the facilities provided were not up to the mark and the quality of food was not satisfying. Hostel's basic facilities are decent. Food is the same for both hostel and canteen, where the entire college comes down for lunch, and we have 3 canteens in the hostel.

Faculty: Course curriculum was good. Industrial visits were also included. They also took us to Thailand as a part of the extra curricular activity. We had 6 semesters and the subjects included were really good. There were lots of assignments that had to be submitted before the exams along with the projects for all subjects. Also there was one internship and 2 dissertation projects as a part of the training. The class has 60 students. The course fees is INR 1,02,344 per year.

Review of Dayananda Sagar Institutions.

Placements: Students were placed in the best MNCs like JP Morgan, Capgemini and Genpact with great packages. I heard that the highest package offered last year was 6.2 LPA. Students get placed based on their talent and skills. The college puts the best efforts.

Infrastructure: Labs are available for science students to conduct different experiments. The library has new and knowledgeable books as per the interest of students and faculty members. Classrooms are neat and clean. Medical facilities are available for 24*7. Transportation facilities are also available.

Faculty: The faculty members in DSI are very helpful. They are well educated in their field, which is a plus point for the students as they get a chance to improve themselves under their guidance. They use different teaching methods.

Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, the holy place for the students to get enough knowledge.

Placements: The placements are great. A lot of companies will visit the campus, especially for the marketing. Those who want to perform their career in marketing can get an absolute worth joining the college. The finance companies like Deloitte, Societe Generale come to hire the students. The most interesting part is the less HR related jobs will be there.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is world-class, one of the super infrastructures in Bangalore. The college consists of every department from the school to engineering. Every department as the separate building. Each department as a separate lab. There are a ground and gym facility. There is a parking space with zero parking fee. There is a pond if get bored you can get a peaceful time over there. The auditorium is big enough, and one of the best auditorium in Bangalore.

Faculty: The faculty members are considerably good. Some of the faculty members are great with a lot of experience in the field of teaching. Some of them are PhD holders. It helps them to understand the teaching field well. Our HOD was helpful for the students that she was arranging every week guest lecture, who has the enormous experience in the field of the business. Like once we had a guest lecture from the Ujala company top management person, and he shared a lot of experience with us. It helps us when it comes to joining the company.
