After JEE session 2 is completed, only those candidates who are aiming for IITs need to start preparing for JEE Advanced after clearing JEE Main. It has the best students I have ever met.
Placements: Around 50-60 percent of students get placements depending on their academics and performance. The highest package offered is 20 LPA by a well-known company. Companies that visit our college are Deloitte, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Wellbeing, Adani Group, etc. Around 20-30 percent of students got internships in some company, and NIT is the top one. Backed developer is the top role offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and not that great. Network coverage is a bit of an issue inside the college. The campus space is close to null. We don't have much to explore. The canteen is good. Our college conducts sports competitions every year in the JVPD ground. The library and classrooms are good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful. Some of them might be less, but the rest of them are very nice to us in terms of behaviour and teaching. They help us in every possible way. The course curriculum is relevant as per the current industry demand. The college is well-known for it. It is not that hard to pass exams, but we have to prepare thoroughly for them.
Other: EXTC is my favourite course. I love both hardware and software, so I chose it. Things that should be improved are the exam pattern and the KT thing, as they are very strict about it. It conducts events every year, so it's okay. The college is very happening in terms of socializing.

DJ Sanghvi in a nutshell.
Placements: The placement scene is quite good; based on my observations, it’s above 90% with many people placed in JP Morgan, UBS, ZS, and other prominent companies. Furthermore, the placement cell is very helpful and assists in many fields. In addition to placements, there is also an internship fair conducted to give students the opportunity to gain experience.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure consists of a six-story building. There is no ground or any area for sports, but considering the college's location, it is acceptable. The entire college is air-conditioned except for the corridors. There are labs for many subjects, and the canteen is also quite good. As for the hostel, the college doesn’t have one but is affiliated with a nearby option. However, I honestly wouldn’t recommend it as it’s very expensive, and you’ll have a better chance of finding another one.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and offer great assistance in academics, and the curriculum is practical. Exams are also reasonable, and you get enough time to prepare for them. Teachers also help during exams by providing study materials. The passing percentage is reasonable at around 35%, and it's not that difficult to score.
Other: In addition to academics, the college also organizes various activities, including fests, hackathons, and other club activities. The college has a large variety of clubs that will suit your needs. It would have been better if there was an area for sports and other activities, but other than that, it’s pretty good.

An educational Institute is enough for academics.
Placements: I believe 90% of students who sit for placements get placed. The highest package is 18 LPA, and the lowest is 4.25 LPA (TCS). Top companies are mass recruiters like Capgemini and TCS. 50% get internships (though most of them are unpaid). The Software Developer role is the most prominent.
Infrastructure: Facilities can be summarized as adequate. Wi-Fi has severe limitations, with many useful sites blocked. Labs are well-equipped, and classrooms are well air-conditioned. The library is full of books for the curriculum. I am a day scholar, so I am not aware of any hostel provisions.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful but not always able to teach without reading the PPTs out loud. The curriculum is revised yearly and kept up to date. Examinations are difficult to ace but easy enough to pass with good marks. Attendance is the most important thing, even more than your marks, apparently.

The honest review of DJ Sanghvi.
Placements: Almost 70% of students get placed this year. Though it was a bit frustrating at first, almost everyone who sat for placements got placed. The main advantage we have over others is that we are allowed to prepare for competitive exams like GATE and GRE while sitting for certain interviews (not for dream jobs and above). This option is not available in most colleges.
Infrastructure: Labs all have centralized AC and all the required software. The lab in charge is polite and experienced. Hostels are a bit costly compared to the services they provide. There are many stores and options to eat in the area, so students from outside have many options.
Faculty: Faculty are very experienced with the required amount of qualifications. Though the exams are hard, they help you in the long run. Even internal marks are hard to get, as teachers are very particular about labs and the assignments given. The course has all the required subjects related to the field you have selected.
Other: The college overall is good, but don't expect much from the cultural fest, as the management is very bad. You can always go to the fests at the neighboring SVKM college, though. It is a great college to study and helps you start your career on the right track.

Review of Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering.
Placements: Placements in our college are great, but only for some branches. In branches like Mechanical and Electronics, placements are little to none. Even students who get placed have packages in the range of 3.5 to 8 LPA. About 45–50% of students receive placements.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided are above average, yet not up to the mark. Given the fee that one has to pay, the infrastructure can be much better. Opportunities for students interested in sports are little to none, and the college does not do anything about it.
Faculty: Faculty members for Mechanical Engineering are excellent. Faculty members are quite knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. The majority of the course curriculum is relevant not as much as to make students industry-ready, but definitely useful. The semester exams are easy.
Other: I chose Mechanical Engineering in this college as it is one of the best in Mumbai for this particular course. The best part about the course is definitely the SAE teams.

Good placement percentage and very good infrastructure.
Placements: In my course (EXTC), around 80% of students were placed through the college. The highest package was 29 LPA, the average was 8 LPA, and the lowest was 4 LPA. Amazon and Google were the top recruiting companies for my course. The top role offered in the course was the tech head.
Infrastructure: You got everything you wanted, from libraries to the gym, but you didn't get a campus. Everything was top-notch here. You wouldn't feel like you were in a college. It would make you feel like you were in a 5-star hotel out of India, too.
Faculty: Faculty was good and helpful. Everyone was a Ph.D. holder, except for a few, but they had excellent experience in their field. The students passed out from here were industry-ready, of course. Since it was autonomous, exams were tough to pass, which helped students to get to know about knowledge.
Other: EXTC helped students gain knowledge about software and hardware, helping students get jobs in every technical and non-technical field. It was not about improving the course. It was about the education system. We should reach new technologies, not the old ones that have not been updated yet.
