It is very good to study and work in a high industry.

Placements: 75% of students get placed in companies like Thomas Cook, Residence, and Akbar Tours and Travel. 50% of students got internships at India Tourism, Chennai. Roles like air ticketing executive, air hostess, telecaller, office assistant, visa officer, and passport officer are offered.

Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi, good classrooms and a library with many types of books. Canteen food is good and affordable with neat maintenance and ambience. It provides chapati, poori, chat items, samosas, and puffs. The mess provides daily menu meals with papads. My college provides free noon meals for many students.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and friendly to students. Our course is not difficult to study. It has very easy and interesting subjects. Semester exams are easy to complete, and questions are easy to attend exams. 97% of students pass exams.

Other: I am interested in the travel and aviation industry, so I chose it. It should provide an M.A. in tourism and travel management course in the future days. Shrishti cultural fest organised is awesome here.

Review of Ethiraj College for Women.

Placements: Our college has strong connections with businesses and organisations for placement opportunities. Top recruiting companies are Zoho, Sutherland, L&T, Deloitte, etc.

Infrastructure: Our campus is beautiful. Hostel is very good. The food quality is decent.

Faculty: Professors provide good learning environment. All teachers are supportive in terms of tutoring and career counseling to tackle competitive exams for a better future. They help us to achieve our desired goals.

Other: Many extracurricular activities are conducted such as sports. Many clubs are available in this college.

I am highly satisfied. I recommend everyone to take admission.

Placements: Almost 100% of placements are offered in our college. Students who ranked higher can get placed on the campus. Students need to score high marks in exams. Lots of companies are coming to take campus drives.

Infrastructure: The campus is small, but they maintain it neatly. Hostel, labs, classrooms, canteen and restrooms are well-maintained. The canteen is budget-friendly, and the quantity and quality of the food are great and hygienic too. They prepare it very fresh, and the cost is very low and comfortable for all students.

Faculty: In the covid time, teaches are very helpful, and they put a lot of effort to bring students concentration in studies. They are well-experienced and friendly too. The curriculum makes students ready to work in the industry. If students study well, semester exams are easy. A minimum of 35-40% is the pass percentage for all department students.

Other: I didn't know that there is a subject about travelling. I like to travel, and I became curious when I saw the course name on their website, so I applied for it and got a seat. I studied in the covid batch. We get less chance to visit college. I visited more than 20 times, and I like classrooms and the entire campus. Ethiraj is mainly famous for cultural programmes and events. Because of covid, we missed that.

Our college offers good curriculum and facilities.

Placements: Placements in our college are very average. Most of the students from various departments got placed. Students got placed for the roles in marketing, sales, content writer, etc. Most of the recruiting companies are local business companies and other small companies.

Faculty members are very good, but placements are average.

Placements: Placement offers in our college are very minimum, and our college offers an average level of placement offers for their students. Mostly local business and small companies hire students from here. Internships are a part of our curriculum, and training is also conducted for us.

Infrastructure: It is one of the top arts and science colleges for women in Chennai, and it has very good facilities and infrastructure for students. Labs are available for each department like the CS department has its own computer lab, and other science departments have their own science labs. Medical facilities are well-equipped. Canteen and mess offer healthy food.

Faculty: The course is very good and very helpful for my career. Faculty members are very helpful and well-qualified in the subject. They guided us throughout our college life, and they taught us many things other than the subject.

It is a good college for girls, a very safe place, and there is extra recognition for talent.

Placements: Airport service and tourist places were available. Many companies related to the course you applied for visited, and placement was difficult for everyone. If you wanted placement, you had to stand out among all the students. Companies like Accenture, Tata, and 25 others visited. The placement percentage was around 45 to 50%.

Infrastructure: Facilities were good, and the quality of food was good. There was a gym and sports available. The hostel was good to stay in for people who came from far away, very comfortable and trustworthy. I didn’t stay there, but my friends were in the hostel. The hostel gave every student a home-like feeling. I would definitely recommend the hostel.

Faculty: The course level was advanced. Every subject was taught in a very unique and understandable way. If you understood your subjects or lessons, the exams were easy. Projects and reports gave you the ability to understand problems and provide solutions. I would like to recommend this college.

It is one of the world's best women colleges.

Placements: Almost 70% of students were placed in our college. The highest salary offered ranges between Rs.15,000 - Rs.20,000 per month. The lowest salary offered ranges between Rs.25,000 - Rs.30,000 per month. Many best companies visit our college to recruit students. Around 60% of students were placed from many different departments including B.A. journalism, B.A. TTM in holiday companies and airline companies.

Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities like the mess, library, labs, 2 canteens, indoor game, auditorium, stage, etc. Our campus has 2 buildings, one building belongs to autonomous and the second building belongs to a huge hostel. The office room is very helpful for all functional activities.

Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful always. They take care of our health and give us tips to study. Their teaching quality is good and simple. Students can easily understand the concept. Semester exams are hard, so we have to study well and increase our knowledge.
