    Its is about my M.Com days in Fakir Mohan Autonomous College.
    Placements: Campus placements usually don't come to our college. Even if one or two companies come, they don't offer very high package. The package offered is 1.2 LPA. The cut-off for M.Com is a little bit high. Students getting an average of 68% may get a chance to study in our college.
    Infrastructure: FM college has good infrastructure. They are buildings more hostels for students. The labs have adequate components to study and research. There is no Wi-Fi facility, and canteen facility is available in our college. The college has a separate library and study room with more number of books. Now the infrastructure is developing.
    Faculty: Teachers are helpful and clear our doubts whenever we ask. Teaching is good. You don't need any additional tuition for any subjects. But for M.Com we don't get any other knowledge like how to work in a company because there is no internship.
    Other: I choose M.Com because I wanted to work as an accountant for a big company. Commerce was always my choice. I think our college should introduce internship for every student from which they can learn a lot. There is a scholarship available in Odisha, and I got scholarship two times during my M.Com from Odisha government. Fest and events are part of every student life. We have enjoyed a lot during the function of college, which is held every year.

    I'm highly satisfied with my decision to take admission in this college.
    Placements: Around 5-7 companies visit the campus every year to offer placement opportunities. Around 30-40 students get placed every year. Even I got placed by qualifying in a written test and a personal interview. Placements in our college are very impressive as the salary packages offered are really good.
    Infrastructure: Our campus is huge. We also have a big library and a huge playground. We also have a gym available on the campus. The Wi-Fi network not available in all the places, and it's accessible only in some parts of the campus. There is a canteen available here, but the quality of the food is not that good there.
    Faculty: Our teachers are excellent. They are the best in their profession, and our HOD love and respect all the teachers. They are very helpful and kind. They treat us like their own children. One can understand the concepts taught by them very easily.
    Other: Students don't face any issues with the connectivity as the college is situated in the heart of Balasore town. Our college has been improving with each passing year. The annual fest organised here was the other attraction of this college. Well-known people visit the campus every year, and they teach students good lessons about life.

    A Memorable Journey at Fair Mohan Autonomous College, Balasore.
    Placements: The placement cell worked diligently to connect students with reputed companies like Vedanta, TCS, Wipro, Fedreal Bank, Emami. Many of my seniors, were fortunate to secure internships with well-known firms. The internships were instrumental in gaining hands-on experience and preparing us for the corporate world.
    Infrastructure: The M.Com programme was comprehensive, covering in-depth concepts of accounting, finance, taxation, and management. The faculty members were highly knowledgeable and approachable, often going beyond the curriculum to ensure we had a practical understanding of the subjects. Their dedication to our academic success truly stood out.
    Faculty: The campus, with its historic legacy since 1944, exudes an aura of inspiration. The library was a treasure trove of resources, and the classrooms were equipped to support a seamless learning experience. Beyond academics, the vibrant extracurricular activities and events allowed me to engage with my peers to develop important skills.
    Other: Overall, my journey at FAKIR MOHAN AUTONOMOUS COLLEGE, BALASORE has been immensely fulfilling. The blend of academic rigour, extracurricular opportunities, and the strong sense of belonging made my time here from 1 year truly unforgettable. I always cherish the memories, friendships, and lessons I am gaining during my M.Com journey at this estemmed institutions.
