Review of Gaighata Government Polytechnic College.
Placements: 98% students are placed in the course, Highest package is 3.84 LPA.
There are companies like tyre companies that are offering jobs in the middle of the course. There are so many other manufacturing companies for placement, this year, too many students are getting placed in Chennai.
Infrastructure: College started in 2017. It's a new college with a good infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available only in labs and seminar rooms. Canteen is good all over. All labs are in working condition, with accurate instruments, and no other problems.
Faculty: There are so many experienced faculty members in the college. They are capable of guiding you. So helpful, polite, and friendly for students. They can make you feel the hardest mathematics easily, you don't have to take a private tutor, only college lectures are enough for you.
Other: College is really good, and is student-friendly. No political organisation is allowed in the college.

Gaighata government Polytechnic 2020 pass-out student review.
Placements: I was a 2020 batch pass-out student. Due to covid, the placement is less, and we are also the first batch of this college. Many students got placed in companies like Centum, Joyson, etc., including me. More placement in the electrical branch as compared to mechanical civil.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi is available for students, and the canteen was good and clean. Smart classes are available for all branches. The teachers are good. The hostel is available in college, and you can book mess outside of the college. No ground floor sports till now, but it will be ready soon.
Faculty: Our college AICTE-approved college and syllabus are based on WBCTE. The first-year syllabus is the same for all branches, and the teachers are friendly. Teachers are very experienced. Placements are less due to the new college. The college is established in 2017 so development is going on till now.
