Yes, the Gandhi Engineering College provides two types of Scholarships for its students. These scholarships have certain eligibility criteria that the student must fulfill in order to be able to claim it. 

Scholarship - 1 (E- Kalyan)

Student must be of Jharkhand State, Student must be either from these castes or categories. (SC/ST/BC). Students annual family income must not exceed

Scholarship -2 (Prerana Scholarship)

Student must be a permanent resident of Odisha, family income must not exceed 2.5 Lacs per annum.

M.Tech is the best course among all other courses offered by Ghandhi Engineering college. The college offers a more than 25 courses. Among them 5 M.Tech courses.  The best among them is M.Tech In Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The course has 4.9 rating, out of 5. It is a two years course at the Pg level. The tuition fee amounts to Rs. 2.20 Lakhs.

Yes, if you score equal to 45% or more in class 12, you are eligible to get admission to Gandhi Engineering College, Bhubaneswar, but one more important thing is that you also cleared the OJEE or JEE main exam with a good rank.
