All things have improved since I joined, and I am very satisfied with my college.
Placements: Above 75% of students are placed in our course. Top recruiting companies from various Gandhi Engineering Colleges (GEC) include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and L&T. Roles in branches like Computer Science, ECE, and Mechanical Engineering are offered by our college. The highest package is 5 LPA. The lowest is 1 LPA. The average is 3 LPA. 20-30% of students get internships from our college at companies like Cognizant and Infosys.
Infrastructure: All facilities and infrastructure are available. It includes classrooms, labs, library, Wi-Fi, playground, entertainment zone, and gym. The quality of the food is average. All facilities are provided in the hostel, such as gym area, sports area, canteen, indoor game zone, and medical facilities, which are also provided by the college.
Faculty: All teachers are qualified. They provide good teaching and help in clearing our doubts. The course curriculum is nice and makes students job-ready. Semester papers are pretty hard if you do not study, but the exam environment is strict. The passing mark is 35%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a software developer. The best thing about this course is that there is a lot of competition, so we do not feel bored. Some things like more practicals from the first semester should be improved. Events and fests are held occasionally. The campus crowd is a little high, connectivity is good, and the campus surroundings are also good. Scholarships are given once a year, and extracurricular activities are mostly conducted.
