Best architecture college in Sonipat

Placements: There are no on campus placement. You have to create your portfolio and apply in the firms. Almost everyone gets placed as there are ample of architecture firms. Average stipend is 5000-8000INR. Internship is mandatory in the 7th semester. You have to complete 6 months or 24weeks internship.

Infrastructure: There are AC classrooms. Wifi connection is also there. Projector is placed in each and every classrooms. Girls hostel is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of the college building. Quality of hostel mess food is good. Mess is same for girls and boys. There is an infirmary in the college.

Faculty: Professors gets changed very quickly. Visiting faculty is very helpful and knowledgeable. Course curriculum is relevant but there should be more practical information given and how work is done on the site. Semesters exams are not that tough. Passing criteria is 40%.

Other: I was always passionate about buildings and its construction. Best thing about this course is it helps you impact people's lives and it teaches you to deal with people. Practical knowledge could have been more emphasized wather than theoretical.

Research carefully before you take admission to any college.

Placements: Most of the students are not getting any opportunities for placement from the college side; instead, they are doing all this on their own. In my course, there are not very many firms, but it is a meaningful course. The highest package will be 10-15 lakhs per annum, and the lowest is 2 lakhs per annum.

Infrastructure: Yes, the infrastructure and facilities are available in both academics and the hostel. There is a library, tuck shop, Wi-Fi, and canteen. In the girls' hostel, they provide washing machines, a kettle, and a microwave too. The quality of the food is not very good, but it's not very bad; it's in between.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified with master's degrees, but they have very little practical knowledge in their field, only theoretical knowledge. They are not making students industry-ready that much. Semester exams are of medium difficulty, so that every student can pass easily.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to be a renowned architect. The best thing is that you are designing someone’s dream house, and there are different scopes too. There is less theory and more practical knowledge because, in the end, we have to design practically.

Architecture best college is gateways.

Placements: The placement cell of our college actively participates in placement of the children of the college. Many reputed companies come in the college to select students. The company such as Microsoft and other computer based companies come for placement.

Infrastructure: The quality of food in the hostel is very good. They offer different foods daily made with guidence of chefs and with proper hygiene. The bedroom are cleaned on daily basis and property cleanliness and hygiene of the room are taken care. The hostel warden is also very supportive.

Faculty: The teacher are very supportive always listen to our problems and try to find out solution for us. The assignment and weekly tests are held and the mistake are asked to be corrected by the students. The curriculum is very appropriate for our engineers. They tell everything which will help in near future. Pass percentage is around 85 %. .

Other: Very fantastic College for architecture.

A great college for the architecture course.

Placements: The college had not provided on-campus placements as of now, as there is no such provision in the profession of architecture. You have to apply for a job by yourself representing your portfolio of academic works, or you can start a new company on your own. That's a good thing about professionalism in architecture.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is up-to-date, and all classrooms are digitised. The architecture of the building is also very good, and the college has a world-class infrastructure for sports as well as academic terms. They also provide facilities like mess, swimming pool, basketball court, football ground, cricket ground, horse riding etc.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were very professional and supportive. They help students in their academics and act as mentors. The course curriculum is as per the university, and you'll learn other activities as well. You can work whenever or wherever you want, even at 2'o clock at night.

Other: I had a very good experience in the college. I've spent 5 years here and made a lot of memories. I'll miss my college days all my life.

The college provides both sweet and bitter experiences for students.

Placements: There are no campus placements like other architecture schools. Students have to look for opportunities by themselves and are responsible for quality assessment of the firm themselves. There are no companies to provide mass recruitment as it is not possible in this course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Students can use computer software from the very first semester. It helps and facilitates in skilful progression. Lectures are recorded on the main server and can be accessed by everyone for any semester in the library.

Faculty: The faculty members are mostly average except for this semester. Guides are allotted to students for quality guidance. They are professionals with field experience. The director of the college makes utterly stringent rules which makes the college environment restrictive.

Other: Mostly, all events are celebrated in the college where the students are responsible for beautification and convention design. Extracurriculars are held each week during college hours for holistic participation. Every year, the college also organises an annual fest.
