My computer engineering college review.
Placements: About 70%-75% of computer engineering students get placed each year with good opportunities in the chemical and pharma sectors. The highest package is 9 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 4.5 LPA for computer engineering students. Recruiting companies are Reliance, Aarti Industries, and Infosys. Nearly 60% of students got internships from Gharda College. Mainly, the roles offered are for software developers.
Infrastructure: Computer engineering department has well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, a good library, and access to industry resources, ensuring practical learning and research support. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms, average mess food, canteen options, basic medical support, and sports facilities for cricket, football, and indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable in computer engineering subjects, providing good academic and practical guidance. The course curriculum is updated with programming, AI, and industry-related topics, making students job-ready and aligned with IT sector demands. Semester exams are moderately difficult but manageable with preparation. Pass percentage is generally high, around 85%-90%
Other: I chose computer engineering because of my interest in coding and technology. The best parts are good lab facilities, helpful faculty members, and opportunities in software and IT fields. More industry tie-ups, placement drives, and advanced workshops could be added to improve practical experience. College has good technical and cultural fests, a friendly crowd, and decent campus surroundings. Scholarships are available, with extracurricular activities and sports adding to overall growth.

My college review of chemical engineering.
Placements: I think 80% of students were placed in my course. The highest package was 1,00,000 nearly, and the lowest was nearly Rs 30,000. Average salary was Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000. Recruiting companies were Vinati Organics, Supriya Private Limited, and Gharda Chemical. 50% of students got internships at Vinati Organics and Gharda Chemical. Majorly in the chemical industries to maintain chemicals.
Infrastructure: Department had Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, computer centers, and a rich library with digital resources. It also provided both academic and research support to students. The hostel was well-maintained with clean rooms, a hygienic mess, and canteen food. We had basic medical aid and tie-ups with the hospital. Sports grounds and indoor games promoted recreation and fitness among students.
Faculty: Teachers were supportive, highly qualified, and taught with clarity, ensuring strong subject knowledge. The curriculum was updated, practical, and industry-oriented, helping students gain relevant skills. Exams were moderately tough, with a good pass percentage.
Other: I chose chemical engineering for its wide career scope. Best aspects were strong fundamentals, lab exposure, and practical learning. More industry visits, research projects, and modern lab upgrades would improve the course. Campus had vibrant fests, supportive crowd, good connectivity, extracurricular activities, and scholarships.

B.E in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2028

Good placements and supportive faculty, but it needs better facilities.
Placements: Our batch at GIT Khed had around 80–85% placements. The highest package was 7 LPA, with an average of 3.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and Gharda Chemicals recruited. About half got internships in firms like L&T and Persistent. College is good overall.
Infrastructure: Our department has decent classrooms, Wi-Fi, computer labs, and a good library. The hostel is average. The rooms are fine, but the mess food can be better. The canteen is okay, and basic medical help is available. The college supports sports with ground and indoor games, and many others.
Faculty: Teachers at GIT are supportive and knowledgeable; teaching quality is good. The curriculum is updated and useful for industry skills. Semester exams are moderate, and sessional exams are also not too tough if you study well. The passing percentage is usually higher, around 85–90%.
Other: I picked engineering at GIT Khed to build my career. Teachers and seniors are really helpful, and college fests and sports are fun. The location is far, so travel is tough. The labs and Wi-Fi arena aren't great, and hostel food could be much better.

Review of Gharda Institute of Technology.
Placements: Almost 20% were placed in my course. The highest package is 1 LPA, the lowest may be Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 30,000, and the average is Rs. 40,000. Many companies come to my college for recruitment, but mostly the company Infosys is at the top. Around 40% of students got internships at Infosys. Top roles offered are graphic and web development.
Infrastructure: To be honest, the canteen is the worst. Wi-Fi works sometimes well, not always. Classrooms are good, and the library has all the books available, so we can study. I am not in a hostel, but my friends told me that hostel facilities are good. The mess food is good.
Faculty: Teachers provide good and interactive teaching. The majority of students are ready for such a course, to be honest, and students work hard for their exams. If we study, then it's not hard; the difficult level, I would say, is 80% easy, and the pass percentage is around 65%.
Other: I chose computer engineering because I love computers, how they are made, etc. Events are conducted a lot, and it's also fun to attend.

Excellent faculty members and good facilities.
Placements: At our college, most of the students get placed in companies like TCS, Glitz, etc. Around 70-80% of students get campus placement. The highest package in our college is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Gharda Chemical, Gemini, and more. 50% of students got internships in some good companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities available in the college are excellent, like Wi-Fi, student library, labs, and top-notch classrooms, including the facility to 3D print any object you want, as the 3D printer is available in our department. The mess in the hostel is excellent; sometimes it's good, but most of the time, there is no question about the mess. Medical facilities are available, and sports and games are available to play. The gym is also available.
Faculty: Teaching quality of our department is so good, I would say excellent, and the faculty members are very helpful to students. I guess the course doesn't make the student fully prepared for the industry, but it provides an average understanding of the industry. The passing percentage is around 90-95%..
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in mechanical engineering. The best thing about my course is the practical plan, which is very good for students. I guess they have to improve the curriculum for the course, as it doesn't make students industry-ready.

B.E in Computer Engineering - Batch of 2024
4.4
5Placements4Infrastructure4Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
It's a good college. All the necessary facilities are available.
Placements: During my B.E. in Computer Engineering (graduating in 2024), many companies conducted placement drives (both virtual and offline) at our college. Some students secured placements in companies like TCS, Hexaware Technologies, and RSquareSoft Technologies. The average salary package ranged between 2.5-4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Computer Engineering Department has several labs with computers equipped with relevant software. Classrooms are equipped with projectors, whiteboards (in some classrooms), and sufficient benches for students. College campus also has a canteen providing food at decent prices.
Faculty: Teachers and professors are well-qualified in their respective fields. They are always supportive of both academic and extracurricular activities. Teaachers motivates and guides students on how to improve their skill sets and become industry-ready. Examinations are conducted fairly. Course alone may not be enough for securing a placement. Students may need to invest extra time in external courses or internships to become industry-ready.
Other: College organizes various events such as hackathons, sports, annual gatherings, and tech festivals/competitions, where students can participate and showcase their talents. Scholarship schemes are available for students. Campus is clean and well-maintained. College is located in a rural area, which might be some inconvenience to reach it. However, the college provides a bus facility for students from nearby cities and towns.
