Excellent faculty members and good facilities.

Placements: At our college, most of the students get placed in companies like TCS, Glitz, etc. Around 70-80% of students get campus placement. The highest package in our college is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Gharda Chemical, Gemini, and more. 50% of students got internships in some good companies.

Infrastructure: Facilities available in the college are excellent, like Wi-Fi, student library, labs, and top-notch classrooms, including the facility to 3D print any object you want, as the 3D printer is available in our department. The mess in the hostel is excellent; sometimes it's good, but most of the time, there is no question about the mess. Medical facilities are available, and sports and games are available to play. The gym is also available.

Faculty: Teaching quality of our department is so good, I would say excellent, and the faculty members are very helpful to students. I guess the course doesn't make the student fully prepared for the industry, but it provides an average understanding of the industry. The passing percentage is around 90-95%..

Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in mechanical engineering. The best thing about my course is the practical plan, which is very good for students. I guess they have to improve the curriculum for the course, as it doesn't make students industry-ready.

It has a good infrastructure.

Placements: In the last two to three years, many companies have come to our college for students. Many students have gotten their jobs and are working in various sectors.

Infrastructure: All the facilities are very good. Wi-Fi is available in both the college and the hostel for students to use while studying. Classrooms are very neat and clean. The CCTV is all over campus. The labs are very good, with separate teachers. In the library, all books are available. A huge ground is available for playing games.

Faculty: All teachers in our college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Every year, the college takes a program related to the course curriculum, which is very useful for students. Semester exams are strict in our college, so no students cheat on exams.

Other: Our college is generally for chemical engineering. Also, our college gets opportunities for students for various curriculum activities like shodh, etc.

Good infrastructure with quality staff and maximum placement.

Placements: In our 2017 - 18 batch more than 50% students from mechanical department were placed through college campus. The highest package offered was 2.56 while the lowest was 1.2 and the average package was somewhat 1.8 to 2.1 Companies visited at our time were epic research, cogeme, kalyan toll, Extinctfire Engineers and many more.

Infrastructure: In whole campus of GIT Wi-Fi is available. The central library is peaceful and has huge setting area. Talking about mechanical department it has its own library for students. The workshop is well-equipped with the latest machines. The laboratories for performing practicals are good and clean as well.

Faculty: Teaching staff was good and helpful. They were well versed with the updates in the market and used to tell us the difference. Apart from teaching there used to be industrial visits to make the students familiar with the working environment of the industry.

Strict rules but a perfect hostel for boys.

Placements: Almost 70-80% students from my batch (all fields) were placed. Asahi India Glass was a major company which offered 25k in 2017 and 4 students were placed. There is a placement cell and our placement officer has brought 'n' number of small companies but failed to bring a perfect Engineering company which can best suit engineering students.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, Labs, Classrooms, Library, Medical Facilities, Sports and Games etc. Everything is provided in the campus itself. The quality of food is the worst in mess as well as in canteen. I think each and every pupil will love hostel and it's rooms. Hostel life is best.

Faculty: Teachers are pretty helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. For teaching and learning, first year of engineering is best as teachers do take initiative and make sure that every concept is clear to students. Every year there is an industrial visit where you get some practical knowledge too.

Good infrastructure, nice library, nice canteen, good study environment. Hostel mess ***. .

Placements: The placement of our batch was awesome. Lot of companies came in the college such as Extinct fire engineering pvt ltd, just dial, etc. Don't really remember the names. The average salary must be around 2 Lacs per annum. The highest salary package that I remember was 9 Lacs per annum. The lowest was around 1.6 Lacs per annum. The profiles offered to the students was like technical sales, junior engineering. The average students placed was around 50% but after the academic year also the students keep follow up with the training and placement officer and get jobs at last. Training and placement officer is very good in behaviour and is a very kind and helpful person.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is present in the college, the whole college is covered under Wi-Fi coverage. Classrooms are very clean and tidy. The classroom environment is very studiful and comfortable benches, blackboard are there, projector system is available in eac and every class. Medical facilities are also good but sometimes on specific days in the week doctor is not present however there is a hospital within the walking distance of the college which relieves a lot of stress under this medical section as the owners of the college and hospital is the same person. Sports and games are moderately okay. Ground is available of medium size. Hostel is best in the whole konkan region I would say excluding Mumbai region hostels. Canteen is also very good rates are reasonable and quality of food is also better than average. Faulties are also well qualified. Always ready to help in academics.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. Some facullties are highly qualified with the experience of over 10-15-20 years. And some are newly joined but are helpful and qualified enough to teach well. Some faculty members are not that good, their communication skills are poor and subject knowledge is also not very impressing I would say below average. Overall faculty qualities are well and good. Your doubts will get cleared from one or another faculty for sure.

Other: Events part is not very impressive neither attractive. The college doesn't give much funds for these kind of activities, faculty members do support a little but the co-coordinators need to work like *** during these days. Campus crowd contains mostly students from ratnagiri, raiga sindhudurg Solapur, satara, and 25- 30% crowd comes from Mumbai and mostly live in hostel. Overall crowd is not very modern or urbanized but yes they are okay. Market is also near and you get almost all daily needed things within 1 km range. Stationary shop is there inside hostel which helps getting necessary things. Food snacks you don't need to worry near hostel there are abundance of that.

Best college in Konkan region go for it.

Placements: Best college in Konkan region for placements. Last year 40-50% students are placed. The highest salary is upto 5-6lac and the lowest salary is 1.5 lac. Asahi, Gharda chemical ltd, etc. Yes internship is provided for college. TPO is giving best opportunities for student. Placement in last two year improved. Placement cell is very active.

Infrastructure: I love the infrastructure of college. Every dept have own building. All dept have modern labs and equipments. Classroom are have computer and projector. All dept have different computer lab. All faculty members are friendly. Spacious classroom. Overall best infrastructure see photos on google map.

Faculty: Nice faculty members. All faculty members are friendly. But some are deadly. First year faculty members are strict as usual. Teaching quality is upto the mark. Many faculty members have good knowledge about their subject. Yes we get industry expo. Changes as per department. All and ME and M TECH. Many are Ph.D. also from chemical and mechanical.

Other: Strict college, cultural activity involved college, Sport loving, mixed crowed from Mumbai, mahad, ratnagiri and famous and popular SINDHUDURG. Schollership provided by college for toppers Whole camps have Wi-Fi and cctv Various club are run by students Best management team college is improving day by day.

It is above average in every aspect of the engineering education.

Placements: Just two companies showed up for the placement in the mechanical department. The placements for computer engineering and IT are fair enough. The training and placement officers try their best to provide the placement assistance. The packages offered are not according to the industry standards. The faculty takes up the aptitude preparations well.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is awesome. There is a centralised library which is placed at the hillock. Marching towards hostel is just a piece of mother nature's beauty. The hostel rooms are good, clean, spacious and pocket-friendly with unmatched natural views. The mess food is above average at a nominal cost. The sports grounds and gymnasium are available including both the outdoor and the indoor games.

Faculty: The faculty members are experienced. Just a few of them are good and actually show some interest in teaching. Normal Indian teaching system is followed. The industrial exposure in names of the visit was there which was a good thing, but we had to fight for those visits. The politics and favouritism are found in every corner of the campus.

A great option in Maharashtra.

Placements: Many renowned companies had come for the placement Drives like L&T and Infosys. For every department, at least 4-5 companies had visited. As per the present situation, the salary offered is ranging from 13,000 - 30,000. The college has a separate T&P department (training and placement) which keeps an eye on the walk-in interviews ongoing elsewhere as well.

Infrastructure: You will surely find every required facility here, one of which is WiFi connection. The institute itself has a xerox, printing and Scan centre inside the campus. It has the largest library in the Ratnagiri district. There are separate hostels available for both boys and girls. The mess facility is a bit average, and even there is a canteen within the campus itself. The students won't have to go anywhere if they require money as there is a Saraswat Bank and an ATM available within the campus.

Faculty: The faculty members are experienced. The criteria for the faculty members is that they should have completed ME(Master Of Engineering). The senior faculty members here have around 20 years of experience, and they are helpful and available for you whenever they are needed. A national level tech fest is organised every year, and there are various events going on every month including both technical and non-technical ones. Seminars and workshops are also arranged here.
